We had some problems with our room being up to par.. it ,as run down and not clean they listened and quickly upgraded us.. the front desk was very helpful! The bar and casino were great...we had an awesome time..met lots of people and was blessed to be taken care of by cocktail waitress TESSA... She was the best part of this whole place...Sweet and very quick to make sure we were having a great time..... will definitely be back soon!
Parking an RV is tough in Vegas. Security helped me get a parking area so I could enjoy my hotel stay with them. Check in at front desk was so easy and quick. Great views of the strip. Drink girls were always coming by with free drinks, (please tip the drink girls). They work very hard. They have rooms with coffee maker and refrigerators and give veterans special discounts. Great stay .
We simply love the staff and service of OYO Casino. In particular Leslie Amador, Buttons, Ryan, Christine, Lilia, Grady, Joe! Friendly, professional, and the value of playing here is so wonderful and appreciated. A breath of fresh air compared with other gaming places! Thank you all.
Disgusting treatment for a 30th birthday !! Never stay here !! Some staff are deluded to think it’s a good hotel . Hotel staff are also non caring !! Room only got cleaned once within 7 days . That’s including new sheets and towels . Disgusting treatment !!
I visted hooters with the family! I had such a wonderful time with Karla our waitress she made our experience so wonderful and great for us. Everything went smoothly with her she answered every little question we had. She was lovely and great. Will back again!
We played craps last night with Steve and Anthony. They made sure we had a great time with lots of fun banter and amazing dealer skill. We can't wait to come back again! Also the drink service during play was prompt and friendly.
Awesome place. Cheapest table buy ins with some of the friendliest crew members. Steve and Anthony were awesome. They thought me how to play Craps and had great personalities the whole weekend. Definitely our favorite casino.
This hotel is an atrocity, do not stay here. But what do you expect from the Hooters hotel. The Casino below is cheap, dingy, and run down, the hotel itself is horrible, the elevators are broken half the time or sound like they are going to break on you, the rooms are disgusting, dusty, dirty, uncleanly, and the ac units sounds like they are going to blow up at any moment as well as the filters in them are visibly dirty. The "parking" is a lot outside where people from the strip can literally walk around your car and possibly break in. Do not waste your time spend the extra dollars on a nicer place that may be a little farther from the strip this place is gross.
Entire property could use a good cleaning and update. Room was not clean at all. Lots of stains on walls, door and floor that we scrubbed off with bleach wipes. Hairball in shower when we arrived (not ours). Hallway had the same garbage in it on the floor for the entire three days we were there. Our room was never cleaned or checked in our three night stay. We had to ask for clean towels since nobody was checking the room. We checked out and moved to the Hilton Grand Vacations club and it was night and day difference.
My husband and I have been coming here to play for a couple years now. We always have such a fun time, chatting with fellow travelers and the wonderful staff. We love the laidback, friendly, welcoming, chill atmosphere. We wanted to say thank you to all the staff, but especially the night shift crew. Shout out to these lovely people who always make us laugh and ensure a good time: Shonda, Sandra, Tara, Genesis, Eleanor, Sunny, Darnell, Judy, Melanie, Lillian, Connie, Sheila, Pete, Steve, Kenny, and, Judy. Last but not least, a special shout out to our girl Kristina for the awesome conversations and for teaching us the rules to the games. You guys rock! Ryan and Maureen :)
