Stayed for 6 nights. Room was large and clean! Our beds were comfortable and room quite. No issues. Housekeeping came only when requested which was fine with us. If we needed towels, garbage removed, etc we called the front desk and someone came right away. We had a view of pool and mountain landscape from the 19th floor. We enjoyed all the various restaurants, pool area, and the bowling alley! Having a 24 hour Starbucks was a plus!! You never have to leave! They have everything! If you forgot something it is most likely in the shop on the first floor. We took a quick 10 minute taxi ride to the strip. Hope to return in the future!

I arrived to the hotel for the first time ever, after booking through a third party website. I arrived to the hotel room and was given a room with no view....I'm literally looking at a back alley and a wall. I called to the front desk and was told that they are completely booked and we arrived early. They also said that's what I chose on the site, I clearly chose mountain view. I called back and Shelly the manager was very short with me and said like I said we are sold out, call back tomorrow. There may be availabilities. I think her this is mu birthday weekend and I'm completely dissatisfied. I will Never stay here again.

Stayed for USBC bowling tournament as South Point was the host facility. The amenities were fantastic, from the movie theatres to the restaurants. The pool and spa are the best in Las Vegas. All staff were friendly. When calling front desk to get any item, such as extra towels or coffee for the room, someone came immediately up to our room every time. Outstanding restaurants! Our favorite: The Del Mar Deli in the Casino Food Court is like nothing in the entire Dallas, TX area we live in. It's like a New York authentic kosher deli, with homemade soups, even matzo ball soup! They have giant meaty sandwiches, and many unbelievable homemade desserts. Fresh baked bread, awesome sides like potato salad are all made fresh. The portions are huge! We couldn't eat it all and took food to the room each time! Amazing value! We look forward to Del Mar Deli and all the other great eating places at South Point every time we visit! Finally, the slots were loose and we won good money! $$$$

Arrived for my stay with my wife have stayed here several times without any problems. When checking in had a very rude clerk while checking in I asked for my 10% discount with my AARP or AAA she told me could not receive this discount because my discount was the coupon book. Will never stay here again. Stay was 9-19 thru 9–22

I haven't been to Vegas in about 5 years, due to the shooting and covid. So it was time to come back. Stayed 9/20-9/24. I need to get out and see other people again. Vegas was cowded. I guess everyone has the same idea. I stayed here several years ago. Decided to come back again I liked it then and they don't charge for parking. Not happy with resort fee. It was a good stay Liked the room. No carpet, more hotels should follow this. Clean comfortable. Like the bed, pillows Two big ones and a small one. Like the two chairs. They were comfortable. The bathroom vanity was large. Toilet and shower in a seperate room. Only problem with shower is pressure isn't good. Like being sprinkled with fairy dust. The tub does not drain well. I oped out for maid service. I lke not having someone in my room. I don't make a big mess so no maid service is not a problem. Hotel is making up for lost time on food and other services. Prices higher on everything. There was a problem with someone at the buffet, waited 15 minutes before paying and there was only one person ahead of me. Something didn't go through on the register and the other person tried to help. Don't know?? The rest of hte line backed up. Food was good . I like trying new things. Also ate at Steak and Shake and Del Mar Grill. Peaked at Star Bucks to see what sweet rolls available for breakfast didn't see anything worth the high priced coffee. Long line there. Casino was good had a lot of video poker slots my game. The casino was always crowded. Masks a must have. Did not go swimming but looked at the pool. I will return
