The room was clean, there was parking and the staff were friendly. The only downside was there wasn’t a remote for the TV in my room and reception couldn’t do anything about it, so I wasn’t able to watch TV. There was also police there a couple of times

WHEN WE GOT TO THE HOTEL IT WAS ABOUT 6:00 PM AND THE HOUSEKEEPERS WERE STILL CLEANING THE ROOMS. WHEN WE FINALLY GOT IN OUR ROOM THE FRIDGE DOOR WAS OPEN AND THE FREEZER PART SHOULD HAVE BEEN DEFROSTED. BATHROOM WAS VERY DIRTY. SHOWER AND TOILET WAS FILTHY. WENT TO FRONT DESK TO GET MORE TOWELS CLEANING SUPPLIES AND BROOM. AND TGHE SWIMMING POOL LOOKED LIKE IT HADNT BEEN USED IN DECADES AND WAS FULL OF TRASH. WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN. THE PICTURES ONLINE ARE VERY DECIEVING.

Confirmation #Itinerary# 72172086492849. Dishonest manager and employees caught stealing money from guests by confirming a booking then pretending the confirmation does not exist. I called the police (picture attached) and Expeddia has had to investigate this property (Case #96032536). The NV Attorney Generals office has also had to get involved. Stay away from this terrible place.

Made the reservation through hotels.com considering that it had no outrageous resort fee,I booked it,got there and I was like OMG,what the F did I book myself into, everyone occupying the room has to show ID,I'm assuming so they can see if you have outstanding warrants and give your information to the police (which is unconstitutional, btw),I can see at least one person having to present it, but, everyone? they gave me towels at the front desk because there were none in the room, get there,at least the room smelled clean and there were no bugs and the room has a microwave and fridge and the front desk lady was nice, but the bedding looked like it could be replaced, the remote didn't work and gave us another, the bathroom is so tiny, you can hardly walk in it,the bed was rather uncomfortable and if I knew how close to the airport it was,I wouldn't of come here, the jet noise kept me up most of the night. All in all,no,I would not stay here again.

booked hotel and paid through booking site. show up to hotel. person behind counter wanted 100 in cash, plus the room rate in cash. I explained it was paid through the booking site. they noted it was paid, but said it was policy to get money in cash. Shady hotel. Nasty staff. Lobby had a smell I can only imagine the rooms. Looking now I should have read the reviews

My children, their father and myself stayed as this janky motel for almost 6 weeks because we were new to Vegas and were looking for a permanent residence. During our time there, we had to be moved to a different room twice because of a rodent problem. Then again because the ac didnt work and again because the TV didnt work. Four times we had to be moved. I went in to speak to the manager Carlotta about a billing issue, and she had a serious attitude with me for what reason I dont know,I was not disrespectful, did not raise my voice, nothing but she told me I was being disrespectful because I came in the office pointing. She was extra friendly to my kids father the whole stay though so he tried to explain I was not the person she tried to make me out to be. After that I tried to avoid dealing with her but the other chick Tanya who started off nice, was no better after the encounter I had with Carlotta...long story short, this person, Carlotta, kicked me and my family out the day before we were set to leave to go back to Texas. We begged her 4 one more night and she refused even though we spent hella money in this dump and received no compensation for all the times we were inconvenienced with the multiple room changes. We were never loud, had no complaints from other guests, even cleaned the room ourselves because they never did, but they treated us like we were nothing! It was 100 degrees, we had nowhere to go and this B word wouldnt even give my kids cups for water. Then she called the police to remove us frm the lot while we tried to figure out what we were going to do for the night. So we ended up on the street right next to this dump literally, with all of our belongings. My oldest child was 12, youngest was 2. Luckily a kind gentleman who drove by and saw us out there on the sidewalk with everything we owned, gave us $100 to rent a room at the Motel 6 next door, God bless him. This place should be shut down or at the very least everyone in the office should be fired!!

My room has a king bedroom, quietly space with beakfast included. Well, it`s a nice place for small budget...Let`s going on. Especially, as receptionnists are always available and warm. Arrival can be done even late in the night. This hotel is located only at 10 minutes fro; prestigious palaces as Cesar Palace, and fantastic attractions as the Cesar Palace or the Big Wheel located in full

This is my first ever review ... I booked this last minute so I could spend a night in Vegas , and Im still traumatised I cannot get this experience out of my mind ... this place should be advertised as a third world whole... if you paid me £1000 a night to stay their , I WOULDN'T . All the furniture looks like they came from a tip the dirty windows and curtains must of been installed back in the 1950s. The front door looked unsafe and had been broken into 20 times ...the place was dirty, floors cabinets toilet and shower was unfit for its purpose. I could not sleep due to the dire things bed I had to lay in and the noise coming from the 10 lane highway outside. No towels tell the truth , who would want them anyway . I agree with all the bad reviews I’ve just read .. it’s taught a BIG LESSON BEFORE BOOKING A HOTEL . Always read reviews and check thoroughly.

When I first came for 46 bucks on Thursday, it was late night, and all I wanted - rest and friendly voices. I got it. The voices were just amazing. Who was that lady at the desk, no name that I remember.... She and a security guy Rudy - before midnight on October 24th 2019 - MY THANKS TO THESE PEOPLE! yep, there were cockroaches. But the bed was comfortable with 3 great pillows. Crispy clean, thank you. The next day it cost me 105 bucks just because of Friday... And on Saturday I had to pay 138 that was just awful to do, and I found my room for the rest of my travel... I GOT ANOTHER FRIEND. Her name is Tonya. TONYA, kindness and gratefulness stay between people. I wish you LOVE AND HAPPINESS. You are ANAZING. YOUR EYES, YOUR SMAILE, YOUR LOUSIANA-RELATION. I know you are the Person, and o LIVE YOU. LET MY WISHES FLY TO YOU AND WATM YOUR HEART. This is your Olga friend, originally from Russia. God Bkess you, Tonya.
