This is a perspective from someone who was in town to see a show for my wife, a jump off to Zion National and not so much the gamble. Like I said it was a beautiful property and the staff were all very nice. This a casino so you see casino things no hate in that. The longer we stayed though it felt like someone flaunting meanwhile their checking account is overdrawn. Unfortunately it’s the small petty stuff that just leaves a bad taste in your mouth. A few examples: the buffet is great, it’s $50 a person which is fine but for the juice station they only put out little bathroom Dixie cups. People are there literally drinking from their cup and refilling it multiple times or filling multiple cups because all you can get is a sip of juice at a time. How much carbon to produce the thousands of cups you’re throwing away each week. The production, shipping, packaging. You’re that broke you can’t put out glass or reusable cups? Be careful about touching anything on the countertop or fridge! While I was out my wife was reading some of the packaging on the items that were on the counter. Turns out if you lift anything more than 30 seconds it will charge you. So at check out I had a $300 dollar bill for the things she read. Again the front desk was very kind in reversing this but it all felt kind of petty and cheap. I started reading about “bar tech” the mini bar weight system and it’s just all for the hotel and profit not about the guest. So if you’re not vigilant they’ll charge you just so they don’t have to open the fridge while cleaning the room. I read another review about this and the property (not the Wynn) responded “this is a highly requested system” BS no guest wants to have to watch for surprise charges because you, your wife or kid looked at something that’s on the counter top. Another example was check out, read your statement!!!. Including the “bar tech” charges in the room I had another phantom charge for drinks and food at the pool. The pool is somewhere we didn’t spend time at on our trip so I had to dispute that charge. Lastly was the email that I received yesterday nearly 3 weeks after our stay that someone else had disputed a change that was meant to go our room. They had a copy of the receipt with my signature and room clearly written. This goes back to reading your final statement you better be ready to do accounting work. I have no problems paying for the bills I occur but to come back almost 3 weeks later with an almost $200 dollar bill after your clearly screw up is just kind of annoying. I had moved on with my life then the Wynn says we screwed up again you owe us more. Again no problem if it’s all square at check out but the surprise 3 weeks later after already catching so many mistakes. So I responded to their email with: “To confirm you charged another room our bill when our room was clearly indicated on the receipt? Then we had to dispute a charge at the pool which we didn’t spend any time at correct? I just want to confirm the details of the disorganization.” Their response… “ Yes that’s correct, for some reason your Buffet bill was charged to a wrong room and yours was also charge from the wrong bill. Sorry for the inconvenience. I will go ahead and charge your credit card on file. Have a great day” I know a lot of people that love the Wynn and it is beautiful. I understand Vegas is a money grab but for me it was the small petty stuff that made it stand out. After staying at the Wynn I will probably look to stay outside Vegas for my next trip to the Grand Canyon. If you do stay just be mindful of these things.

The hotel is my favourite place to stay in Vegas-- clean, well kept rooms. There was a large bathtub and fantastic shower. The bathroom also had a night light feature which was very useful in the evenings. My room came with an Alexa which helped with lighting, but that was the only time it was used. There was an option to request housekeeping or privacy at the hotel door. We found that the hotel cleaning staff was very polite and came quickly. It was strange, however, which complimentary items were left each day. Some days soap or shampoo was left and others it wasn't (which was a bit inconvenient since I let my shampoo and conditioner at home due to travelling carry on luggage only). Recommend going for an evening drink at the Parasol bar outside for evening entertainment near the waterfall-- very much enjoyed that. The Buffet was DELICOUS, but often came with a large line. Schedule a reservation one day in advance if you can and save yourself a lot of time! Also, if you are looking for breakfast, make sure you schedule it before 8:45 (?) because you will have access to the same food but save $20 per person since you will not be charged the lunch price. We had a miscommunication about our dry cleaning service and the front desk staff member was truly fantastic in correcting the error. This was SIGNIFICANTLY better than a previous experience that I had at the Venetian (located next door). Came for a conference and the food/tea services were fantastic during breaks (expensive though-- it was $40 for a plain ham sandwich!). Make note of where the washrooms are because there are sometimes a bit of a walk to get to one. Also, make sure to take a bottle of water when you have a chance because they are not always offered. Also make sure to bring a sweater because the meeting rooms were often very chilly. Would have liked to seen more information about eco friendly actions being taken by the hotel. Finding a garbage or recycling can at this hotel was almost impossible.

My husband and I chose the Wynn hotel because it is located near where my work convention took place. The Wynn boasted pools, interesting dining, and luxury. Our room was beautiful and the pool was fun, but what made the Wynn stand out was that every encounter we had with a Wynn employee was fantastic. I feel that they were genuinely happy to interact with me. We were so happy with what we had it turns out we missed swimming in 2 pools and we didn't eat at the most expensive restaurant. However, every time we asked an employee a question, they made us feel like we were special.

We stayed here for 2 nights after a week long road trip around Arizona. We booked the King Suite panoramic room. We’re assigned a room at 60th floor. As soon as we stepped out of the elevator, the smell is terrible. Either the carpet needs wash desperately or someone has been smoking joints! We can smell it for the duration of our stay of 2 nights. For a nice suite room at the highest floor- i would expect more than this. Plain disgusting. The wifi didn’t work at all!!! We could connect BUT it only lets you do text messages- 56k speed probably. We paid the Resort Fee for nothing! The rest of the experience was so so…. Nothing was special. What a hype! I think there are other better hotels in Vegas. The quality doesn’t worth what you paid for.

We stayed in the Tower Suites section of the Wynn hotel. We were there four nights in total with our room averaging about $3k+ a night because there was a UFC fight the weekend we were there as well as few other festivals. Our room according to the front desk was "the largest suite" that they offered because at check in we always ask if there are any upgraded rooms available. So based off that, the room was average, nothing special. I think the suite we had at Bellagio before was actually larger and the appointments were about the same. The staff when you're staying there are very nice, we did get pedicures and both of us got cut by the pedicurists so lesson learned there. The sink in the bathroom gurgled like it needed to be serviced, other than that the shops in the wynn are great as are the restaurants. They do force you to valet your car at Tower Suites entrance , there is no self park option. When we were leaving , valet pulled up my car which had been sitting with them the entire length of our stay and I walk up and see my drivers side door is dented. It looked as though the car next to mine hit my car because the dent was right under my door handle. Now of course I told the valet, they get the manager which takes 40 minutes for him to come down finally . Then they ask for ID, Car Insurance, Car Registration and ask me when I purchased my vehicle and from what dealership!? Now I don't know how when and where I purchased my car is any of there concern nor does it have anything to do with the fact that my car is damaged, but its a 2022 with 600 miles on it and that include the 250 mile drive to Vegas. Regardless, they have to review their video footage. So a week later they call me back and of course, we all know they claim they didn't do anything. So apparently, its ok to charge me $13k for a 4 night stay and force me to valet my car; then treat me like I'm a jerk off because I'm not letting the fact that my new car was damaged in their possession..... I had my dent fixed of course two days after I left the hotel to a tune of only $250. Hope that was worth the money they'll never get from me ever again.

At checkin front desk CONFIRMED no smoking/ non connecting door room reservation. Sent me to room on 20th floor..that REEKED of hippie lettuce, and HAD a connecting door. I asked to be moved..front desk said no. I decided to switch hotels 30 minutes after arrival...front desk tries to tell me I would get charged anywaY!! Nonetheless I switched to a "stay well " room and floor at Mirage. Much better there.

My experience at the Wynn was so-so. Overall, I would say that I expected more from this so-called 5-star hotel, which I would say is properly categorized as 4.5 stars. Used the kiosk to check-in and no problems with that. Mr. Wynn is used to designing gaming parlors that do everything they can to entice you to play, so always long walks through gaming areas to get to non-gaming things, like the parking garage, hotel, and pool. My room was okay. My biggest problem with it was that it was dirty. There were fresh drink rings on the surfaces such as the table and nightstands, which means that nothing is wiped down between guests. The decor was okay - more masculine. There was an Alexa in the room that could be used to control everything including the lights and window shades. The bathroom was relatively grand with double sinks, a tub, a separate shower, and a decent offering of supplies such as a blow dryer, shower cap, nail supplies, etc. Didn't use the tub due to cleanliness concerns. I did put on one of the bathrobes after getting back to the room from the pool, which activated my allergies. That generally means someone either smoked or hugged their dog in it. I did use the pool while here. Nice environs but the pool itself was just okay - two larger circular pools connected by a causeway. Plenty of lifeguards. However, the pool's hours were crap and, after check-in, I had about 45 minutes in the pool before it closed at 5 or 6 PM. Again, if you're in the pool, you're not gambling, which is a cardinal sin at Wynn. Parking's free and the property has a decent location on the strip. I didn't interact with many of the staff while here but the ones who I did interact with were pleasant enough - more so the cleaning than the pool or security staff. No problems checking out using the kiosks. If you are looking for a true 5-star hotel on the strip, stay at the Venetian next door, which is a bit kitschy but the rooms, upkeep, and service are truly 5-star. The Wynn will do if the Venetian is booked.

This was a luxurious experience from start to finish! I truly had a memorable time, to the kind concierge who went the extra mile making sure we were well taken care of, from the many delicious options for fine dining and brunch! We had brunch at Jardin and Tableau. Both places had quick, excellent service and amazing menus. For dinner, we ate at a Mexican restaurant, Casa Playa, and at Mizumi, which was a Japanese restaurant with an aroma and views that were breathtaking. The GMs would go to different tables and briefly introduce themselves and ask how our evening was going, which I felt was such a great way to truly entertain your guests and make them feel at home while on vacation. I was so surprised at all the amenities and all that the Tower Suites had to offer. I could sleep for hours in those comfortable beds! Definitely a royal experience and I'll be back at the Wynn again! My new favorite spot in Vegas.

Yet another way to siphon money from guests. No coffee machine in room which is standard for all hotels. It’s because they want you to order room service and spend more money. Room service coffee took 45 minutes and was charged $30!
