Clean, non smoking quiet hotel! Biggest complaint was that when requesting an Uber or a Lyft you COULD NOT choose the hotel as a pickup location. It would revert EVERY time to the convention center parking lot EVEN when hand selecting the hotel as the location. Clean but small room! No platinum upgrade for the room. Wouldn't even consider eating...

We are glad that you appreciate the fact we are a non-smoking and low key hotel, and are also thrilled to see how much you enjoyed our restaurant and team members! We are terribly sorry that you had trouble with Uber/Lyft; we have been working...

Upon arrival, we were very impressed by the modern look and cleanliness of everything. The beds were comfy and cozy, there was a nice desk space, and a decent sized TV. Unfortunately, it didn't take long to realize that we could hear just about everything going on in the rooms on either side of us. The walls were so thin!...

This is a beautiful hotel. The Steakhouse is great, and the service impeccable. The only complaint is that taxis don't come in as often as the hotels on the strip. Nonetheless, you can always call the taxi service or uber and get where you need to be in good time.

We have visited this hotel before and like it's close proximity to the convention and smoke free environment. The monorail is literally next door so the strip is accessible We had a problem with a noisy neighbor and they were kind enough to have an upgrade available / thank you Nice small pool and hot tub area

This is one of my go to hotels in Las Vegas: non-smoking, off strip and no casino. I've stayed here many times. It needs attention. The Concierge Lounge food is bizarre - I couldn't make sense in how they choose what they offer in the evening. The hot entrees didn't look very good so I didn't eat them and the...

Ron L, Thank you for sharing your recent experience. We truly regret not meeting your expectations. Your feedback regarding the club lounge has been passed along to the Food & Beverage management team as we are in the process of revitalizing our club lounge offerings. In addition, the elevator has been repaired which we apologize for the inconvenience. Rest assured...

The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, The bathroom is a good size with shower and tub. But I feel like I have a roommate and share the room. I woke up this morning at 6AM from the man next door talking on the phone for 45min on a speaker phone. I called the front desk, they said they would call security...

Laurence2248, Thank you for sharing your experience. We are disheartened to hear that your stay was less than satisfactory. Our goal is to exceed our guest's expectations and deliver on our service promise. In your case we clearly dropped the ball with regard to the noise and the club lounge. We will take this opportunity to revisit our standards with...

Total chaos upon arriving. The valet-parking-service was not capable of the plenty cars arriving the friday night before labour-day-weekend. Some guidance to the parking lot would have been helpful. After parking our car we were nearly run-over by speeding valet-parking-drivers. When we finally made it to our room, we were so stressed out, it took us some time to realize,...

Gastbeitrag, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. Please accept our sincerest apologies for the several inconveniences you had encountered. From the arrival to the reservation discrepancies it seems there was a serious breakdown in service. I stayed at the Renaissance for a conference at the nearby Las Vegas Conference Center. It was okay. The check-in experience wasn't great. I was in line behind just two or three people, but it took 20 minutes. The people behind the desk were very stylish looking but not especially quick or efficient. I had done the "mobile check in"...

The Renaissance Hotel Las Vegas can best be described as a desert gem. Upon arrival I was warmly welcomed by the doorman then again at check in. I recognized both from previous stays and it's no surprise hotels with long term staff excel at customer service. It's a smoke free, non gaming hotel just one mile from the world famous...

Needed a place to sleep for a night in Vegas and chose the Renaissance. Driving up to the place I was a little worried. The neighborhood looked like the Hood. However once I parked (parking was free) and went inside the hotel I was pleasantly surprised! The staff was very friendly. As a Marriot Elite member they upgraded me to...
