Brianna at The E-Go Cafe was AWESOME! The staff at the front desk was extremely friendly as well! The rooms and lobby were extremely clean! The hotel was part of a conference booking but will definitely be on the list for family travel!
My husband usually stays here when he has to visit Vegas for work. We just stayed one night on our last night of our family vacation in souther Utah (national park tour) to be close to the airport. It’s a great hotel, just off the strip which was perfect since we had our kids with us. But it was walking distance to the monorail so we could pop over to other hotels for lunch and dinner. The hotel felt safe, our rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
The girls that work the counter at Ego were ALL fantastical! Each one pleasant and attentive to my random shuffle of orders daily! Made my stay a comfortable one. I appreciate them all for making my sick days bearable :)
I had the best service when I came for the past two days I was here. Kim took good care of me, she was happy and energetic and the best start to my day. Defiant made this apart of my route anytime I’m in this area.
The Starbucks staff is amazing. Especially Alex. From day one she has been friendly, consistent, excellent customer service, and has a great sense of urgency. She takes the time to know regular customers. Also would like to mention Austin in valet. Fast, friendly, and courteous as well. Very knowledgeable and a great hand when in need. These 2 people a definitely dedicated to guest care. Rock stars! Keep up the great work on have people like this in your staff. As for the bar as well. I did not get the bartenders name but goatee and bald guy. Spot on. A good server in the evening as well. Taller and newer guy bald and goatee excellent customer service.
At the EGO Cafe all the employees are great they all was nice polite. But there’s one employee that stood out more than the others and that was Kim she remembered what I wanted and it just wasn’t my order but anyone that had been her customer before . She was on top of her game every day
I was impressed with the incredible customer service by front desk, guest services and bellman! I was given a gift box and bar vouchers upon arrival as I’m a Marriott Bonvoy member. The hotel and room have an elegant feel to it. I requested a late check out and was granted it. This is a hotel I will stay at again soon!
Bro gave phenomenal service and a great attitude. She really got my day off to an amazing start. Our team had to go back multiple times for additional coffees and Bri was excellent in handling all of our needs!
I come to Las Vegas for the same conference every year, and every year I stay here at the Renaissance. Why? That's easy: the people, the food, the convenience to the convention center. I had dinner at the bar and Naomi, my bartender was fantastic. I love going to the concierge lounge and Regina remembers me, every time. Add in that there's no smoking, no casino and it's a Marriott property - and that's why I keep coming back, year after year. Many other conference goers stay here now on my recommendation. If you're coming to Vegas, especially to the convention center, this is the place to stay!
Steps to the convention center. Quiet, clean & super comfortable rooms & beds. Lovely staff - shout out to Darlen (I think w/out an e) who checked us in. Both restaurants are great. We invited friends back from the conference for lunch, cocktails & dinner. Club level breakfast was solid! The fresh fruit was especially good. Hot offerings were very good. Numerous places to get work done & gather with colleagues in the spacious, stylish lobby. I especially appreciated the non-smoking status of this property. It’s a bit of an oasis. Better than anticipated - will definitely stay here again for a convention center conference.
