We booked an entertainment group here and my client realized we needed to add another room - Alexis was not willing to think outside the box to make it happen. just adding another room could prompt a new CC form but was not willing to suggest anything but to book online and could not use the CC that was already on file and suggested that the driver would have to pay for the room which cannot be the case, I asked if she could call Brooke the Sales Manager and she said yes, she could. I called her back 5 minutes later and found that she had left for the night. Taviana recognized an easy step to get this done in less than 5 minutes. Again, we had a group here it was not like I was someone new off the street booking a room. Alexis next time before you hang up one someone you could finish the sentence as a goodbye instead of just hanging up. Also, I assume you were doing what you said you were going to do but I am glad I called back! Someone needs to be retrained on customer service. I do work with a lot of Highgate Manager hotels and never have had this experience. Thank you again Taviana you saved the day and another opportunity that we will book with your hotel again!…
I checked into the property and the front desk clerk was very indifferent and not welcoming. Didn’t greet me as an elite member and she had to be prompted to give me my elite member welcome gift. Our room, 333, was typical Courtyard circa 2007 and was in good condition and clean. It had peeling wallpaper next to the toilet and the bathroom tile floor appeared to be collapsing due to some sort of a problem with the subfloor underneath.
I was in Vegas for a business trip that was booked last minute. Conference hotels at Mandalay and Delano were double the price of this courtyard so I booked here to be reasonable. As it turned out I loved this hotel and would prefer it even if I had options on the strip. They gave me a pool view room with balcony which was really nice even thought the weather was cold that week. It was relaxing and clean, staff was friendly. The only downside is the taxi expense to Mandalay, like $15 to go a mile. A couple of times I walked which was doable, just long in the morning. I would stay here again.
Proof you can have a comfortable stay in a well sized room and not needing to pay a fortune. Very good for the airport but not far from Las Vegas Central. Friendly staff. Very clean rooms. Lots of parking. Good breakfast available on site. Highly recommended.
Easy to get to from airport. Close to shopping. Strip is a 12$ Uber ride away Staff couldn’t be more helpful and pleasant. Ample parking. Rooms very bright and modern with a very large walk-in shower. Bed is nice, big and hard. Lobby airy and inviting
This hotel is located next to I-15 which is a very busy road day and night. The noise is significant and management is not responsive to requests to locate to a quiet section of the hotel if there is such an area. I will not return for this reason.
Brooke is the one who deserves the credit. I needed quick in and out and she was accommodating to the family. We had a household disaster and needed a room we were lucky this Hite was close to a freeway and close to restaurants as well as shopping. A great place
The probably 3.5 stars - rounded up because it is close to Allegiant Stadium. Besides the stadium, there is not much walking distance from the hotel. The Bistro breakfast staff are efficient and helpful. The lobby bar can be a comfortable option before leaving the hotel.
As platinum members, we have stayed at Marriott locations all around the world. We stayed here for one night as we were passing through, I don’t think I could have done more than that. The shower was HORRIBLE! Hardly any water came out of it. It was a good thing we weren’t dirty. There was a tile out of place by the toilet, which could have been dangerous. The only breakfast option they have does not open until 6:30 and 7:00 on weekends. It was fine for one night but nothing more.
There are so many options for a hotel here but I chose this based on the brand. This is NOT up to the standard for this brand. The ice maker, TV, and fridge did not work properly. The hotel room wasn't clean as we found an inhaler on the carpet by the bed. The clocks were not set correctly. The bistro was not serving wine. We kept running into one problem after another. I recommend other options here.
