So excited to be back at the Aria Sky Suites! We stayed at the Sky Suites in January 2023 to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday! Everything was fabulous as usual! The check-in experience was smooth and easy, our room was ready upon our early arrival. When we got to the room, everything was perfect.. there was a bottle of champagne and birthday cupcakes waiting for us in the room. The room was beautiful and immaculate. I was so happy to see they brought back the pillow for the bathtub! Awesome job Sky Suites! Overall, everything was wonderful during our stay
This visit is one that my family will never forget. The entire staff was absolutely amazing. James, Abena, and Jacob were names I remembered. I think Dobi was another name. It was hard to remember everyone. The whole staff just out did themselves. The food at Salt and Ivy was outstanding as well as the staff. Jean Georges steakhouse. Food and staff outstanding. Food and staff at Moneyline outstanding. No complaint what so ever. I will be staying there anytime I’m in Vegas.
From front desk personel to cleaning ladies and limo drivers, our experience was second to none. I amna Venitian Grazie member but the sky suute personel and the high roller room employees and the whole Aria experience will bring me back soon Last but not least my hostess Diana Guzman is extraordinary and i am glad she is managing my membership. Kudos to all of Aria personel
Sky Suites 36th floor. The service in the Sky Suites was great! From the very beginning they pick-up at airport and from the time you arrive to departure the service is exceptional. From the amenities of the Sky Suites to night-time service to exceptional housekeeping. Las Vegas is a great time, but when service is great it is even better time. Thank you again to all the staff in Sky Suites at Aria. Can't wait to return.
I enjoy staying at Aria a few times each year. My favorite of the MGM choices. The Sky Suites at Aria offer separate elevators, separate lounge area, incredible view of the City all with the same great Aria location, staff and service. The restaurant selection is excellent and has continued to grow and improve and now includes kind of a high end food court that sits where the buffet used to be. While I miss the buffets that seem to be disappearing from Vegas all too fast, this is certainly a solid substitute with several eating options to choose from. Casino is still hopping with a lot of my favorite games. So overall was an exceptional weekend.
We had an amazing experience from bell service, check in to check out and valet. The service was exceptional, our luggage and car was delivered quickly. Special thanks to Brittany at sky suites check in/out and Mr Keione at front desk check in! Our first experience at Aria was TOP TIER!
Room was amazing and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Amenities were very nice. Lounge was a special treat. A good selection of restaurants and bars. Having the tram to other MGM hotels very convenient.
Unless you want to pay far to much for poor service and bad attitudes I would suggest finding somewhere else to stay. I have stayed here many many many times but never again. I will not provide details that would give these ungrateful, greedy and incompetent people the chance to improve since I will never again waste my time at their “resort”! These experiences here were so bad, I will also not stay, shop, dine, or play at any MGM property. I have spent ridiculous amounts of money at Aria over the many many years that I was a loyal customer. Their service and quality have continually declined while the rudeness of the staff has skyrocketed. I have always returned their surveys after my stays whether good or bad. I have never received a response even when numerous errors occurred while staying in $800 a night sky suites. Every time a problem has gone uncorrected and unaddressed I have spent less and less money at their location and more at Caesar’s (whose rooms suck so I don’t stay there) It seems to me that instead of caring and fixing my problems that I always shared with the Aria Sky Suites Concierge, they instead seem to just punish me for not spending enough of my money at their hotel. Which lead me to spending even less of my money there and getting even worse service.…
We've been to the Sky Suites 9 times over the past 5 years and they have always continued to impress. And you have probably already read this, but they have now upgraded all of their suites with new decor and soft goods to a wonderful outcome. I also cannot say enough about the true hospitality focused people that work on the Sky Suite team! From the moment you reach the private check in desk, it's clear that every one of these folks has the goal to ensure your stay is the best possible. They all have that "customer focused" attitude that can be pretty hard to find these days, and it's amazing to know that anything you may need (or are looking for) all you have to do is ask, and the team will respond with a genuine smile and sense of urgency that I haven't seen at any other Las Vegas, high end property. I was so impressed that I was able to meet the person responsible, M. Bailey, Director of the Sky Suite team, to tell her how fantastic everything was, and it was clear that her passion for excellence was the reason her team represented the best in the hospitality business! Congrats to you for your leadership, it shows in all things Sky Suites! I highly recommend the ARIA Sky Suites if you're looking for a total 5 Star + experience! Worth every penny indeed! My Sky Suite experience was fantastic. Beautifully decorated and very clean. All the comforts of home and more. The sky lounge was a perfect addition. I would definitely recommend your hotel to others and look forward to staying their again.
