This is my second time staying at this resort. As a frequent traveler to Vegas if you are looking for a nice place off the strip then this place is amazing. The rooms are HUGE, the staff is so friendly, the food options are great too. LGBT friendly at that. Great job Tuscany, we appreciate you!

First and foremost the the front desk and helpful and friendly and our king room was so roomie and spacious. Secondly, I wanna give props and shout out to the Tuscany hotel for not only making it welcome and safe to host a LGBTQ+ event, not including a bear event!! There is nobody dressed inappropriately, as I was a attendee at the event and almost everyone was in sort of swimwear from speedo and bikinis, to swim shorts. Now what was best part was tall the vendors and before anyone states that their hanging inappropriate banners (like I know someone else already did) they promoted different vendors from the LGBTQ COMMUNITY for a full week for fun and enjoyment. No unsure how anyone would have purchased a room on the hotels website directly as the dates were blocked off and were able to be booked unless purchased through a third party( however whatever way, if someone didn’t like it, they could have talked to the front desk and and either canceling with a full refund) the point being this hotel showed that they cared about our community and had a full hotel packed!!!! The only one complaint I had was the daiquiris that I bout were the big ones but no one told us the price and was 84 bucks for 2 of them but BRAVO TUSCANY, for showing ur support and hosting us and WE LOOK FORWARD TO FUTURE EVENTS SO BE PREPAIRED AMD CALL AHEAD BEFORE BOOKING

I was able to stay at Tuscany Suites and Casino this past weekend for an event and let me tell you, it is a great venue and would love to stay here again for pleasure and quiet time. The pool area was great space and lot of lounge chairs to pick and being able to relax in it. Love the food options too, if you don't feel like walking to the Strip for convenience purposes. Marilyn's Cafe was a great spot for brunch and lots of options to choose from and Pub 365 was another great spot to watch the Stanley Cup Finals too. The rooms were huge and spacious to hang out or take a nice nap. Overall, I enjoyed the experience and the bear event was amazing. Highly recommend this hotel and if you want to make sure there are no special events going on for the time frame you are going, call the hotel ahead of time. You can always seek out other options that are not on the Strip and all.

I was there at the last week of May till 1st. Week of June, NOBODY at the front desk or the website told me that the hotel will be close the pool due to the big event for a Big Bears group over 200+people in the pool area and surrounding courtyard area. When you took a peak in the pool area full with men dress inappropriate suit in the family hotel with blasting music from morning till night and they extended the hours of using, signs that hang all over the balcony are all advertising about Sex. If it in this case! Your hotel should change category to be “Anything Go!” I know slogan What Happens in Vegas, it keep in Vegas”but not tell customers to be aware of this kind of events ahead of time. Who should I BLAMED! Of course “Hotel” the family that reserved the hotel out of the strip because of too pricy for a family that need a quiet and affordable have to be disappointed because no pool for their kids on the 98 degree weekend. What a shame that the hotel management took this events over a middle class family that looking forward to save money and enjoy the precious times with their kids. Tuscany suite! Shame on you!

Resort style, good for family, with convenient parking near the rooms. Although the interior is not brand new, the rooms are free of smoke smell, the environment is quiet. Close to the Vegas strip street.

My husband and I stayed here for 9 nights in May 2023. The property is off-strip which was absolutely perfect to get away from the noise and chaos of the strip. It is a very easy 5 min walk to the Horseshoe which links with Paris. The property is tidy. The rooms are a bit old but they are tidy, clean, and functional. We loved the huge size of the rooms and coffee maker. The first 3 nights we were placed in a room which was at the front of the property - street noise was unrelenting, and we were outside the lifts which had mechanical equipment that would turn on at random times during the night creating a huge vibration and loud hum. The hotel were great and moved us to another room which was completely silent. I would stay here again. I liked the location in relation to the strip. The pool area is lovely, and so are the grounds. My only complaint (and this applies to most hotels in Vegas) is the overwhelming stench of old cigarettes which hits you even before you enter the Main Lobby. Thankfully this smell was not in ANY of the accomodation blocks.

Double room for self, wife and son. Beds were so small - wife and I had to sleep in separate beds. Son had to sleep in couch (not pullout). Someone came inside our room and turned off our AC (90’s in Vegas now). Called to inquire - was scolded to remove “Do not Disturb” sign when leaving instead of addressing complaint. Funny thing is the “Do not Disturb” sign was off the entire day. Terrible service! Very rude! The guest services rep I called stated she could not help and she would call maintenance/engineering, the AC works fine - someone just turned it off. We were also told restaurant was open until 2am - kitchen closes at 1 so we missed late night dinner one evening and were too tired to go back out or wait on a delivery. I would expect that Tuscany Suites could do better - especially with the outrageous resort fees being charged. But not up to expectations. I have asked for management and executive follow-up.

Omg, what can I say. The slots were Hot and my whole trip paid. For starters. As for the checkin great start. Catherine is truly phenomenal and takes customer service to the next level. She needs a raise! Upgraded to a king bed smoking room, we don’t smoke and if smoke smells don’t bother you, the room was very tolerable. The sheets were perfect as well as the bed. Very spacious room and big bathroom. Room has mini coffee pot to start of your day. The hotel has everything you need at decent prices. The entertainments are nice. Maid service very helpful. Security abundant and cordial. Pool areas clean and towels near by. Just a great experience. In my opinion the 150 holding fee is not much it came back 2 days after our stay. Also resort fee not too shabby compared to on the strip. Tax is tax what can we say that’s not Tuscany fault. I feel that the people we encountered that worked at Tuscany or its Affillates such as the restaurants, are genuinely happy to be there and to me that goes to show this establishment is ran well. Don’t forget to tip, stop at the Botega, see the shows, and play those hot slots. We can at the beggining of the week right before Memorial Day.

Have stayed at the Tuscany Suites on three trips to Las Vegas. It is a wonderful hotel and a nice break from the stiff, gaudiness of the Strip. Tuscany Gardens restaurant is excellent! Going back to the Tuscany in September.
