First Time at the Desert Rose. Had a 2 Bedroom/2 Bath suite. Very nice. Worked out great for us. Comfortable. Was afraid the Airport noise would bother us but it didn't. Our windows faced the street Koval which can be busy. The noise was noticable. I would ask for a room that looks out the parking lot next time. Easy...

Excellent large 2 bedroom suite, good location, quiet. An easy walk to MGM, NY/NY, Mandalay. Only gripe was the free breakfast area was terribly crowded, like eating in a train station. Overall, this is not a fancy place but it was clean, the personnel were friendly, and for a family it was perfect.

The Desert Rose is the perfect place to stay in Vegas because it is so un-Vegas. Instead of paying $250 a night and being herded through check-in like cattle, you'll pay a fraction and will be treated as an individual. Instead of having to stumble through the casino first thing in the morning to fork over $5 for a Starbucks...

We arrived a bit early for 4pm check-in but the staff took my cell phone number and said they would call when the next room was available. I was pleaseantly surprised that they actually did call me an hour later and we were able to check in at 3pm. Overall, my first impression was very good. Everything appears as it...

The Desert Rose is a block and a half from the South Strip at Tropicana Ave. As an Easterner, I wasn't as prepared as I thought I was for how LONG blocks are out there, but hey, we didn't need to visit the gym! The room and the people were excellent, and my concerns about how close the hotel is...

This hotel is part of a time share property so it caters to its members but treats rental guests very well. I stayed in a 1 bedroom suite with a full kitchen. The unit was spacious, clean, and very convenient. Dishes were nice and a full refrigerator. The only problem was that my unit had a terrible view. The living...

The "happy hour " is a nice extra and the breakfast is outstanding.! If you are looking for the excitement of VEGAS but the quiet and peacefulness of a...

Four of us visited Mar 21-27 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Found this hotel as part of a package on Priceline. We had a 2-bedroom suite that can easily accommodate 2 more people as the couch makes into a bed. The continental breakfast was a great way to start each day with danishes, yogurt, fruit, cottage cheese, bagels, and deli...

We have been to Vegas quite a few times in the last few years, and had never stayed at Desert Rose before. We would definitely stay there again, as the service was great, the location was great, and we liked getting away from the hustle of the casinos (Very quiet at night). This would be an ideal spot to stay...
