Sorry for the delay in posting this review. From day one I knew I'd write a glowing review of the hotel staff, starting with Carla, who went out of her way to help us check in hours ahead of the posted check-in hour. Her kindness, sense of humor, persistence, and pride in her team was so welcome on a hot, exhausting day. Throughout our visit, every associate we interacted with showed similar kindness and consideration. Housekeeping and maintenance staff also went above and beyond to accommodate. Breakfast was very good and the gentleman in charge an absolute delight. Thank you all for your warm welcome.
This Fairfield is in excellent location for early departures from Las Vegas. Gas station next door if you have to fill the tank, 2 Minutes from car rental return and transfer to airport terminals. For an evening trip to the "Strip" it just 4 miles to the Venetian, free car park. The hotel is very new,, offers great, spacious and very quiet rooms with spacious bathroom and good amenities. Included breakfast is good. Check in quick and friendly, all in all a good way to spend the night before a flight out of Las Vegas
Fairly new property. Conveniently located near airport and outlet shopping. Ample parking but there is a daily fee for parking. Friendly front desk clerks. Great nights’ sleep in comfy, clean, spacious, quiet room. Air conditioner kept room cool (worth noting in the Vegas summer heat!). No laundry on site. Breakfast options nowhere near as good as other Marriott properties. Despite the many positives, would chose another Marriott property due to parking fee, lack of laundry and subpar breakfast.
We booked this property for one night before our flight back after our two weeks trip to joshua tree, death valley and sedona, because it was located close to airport car rental return place. The bathroom floor is disgusting, filthy and there was hair in the shower. The front desk was not helpful. There are many negative reviews regarding the unclean bathrooms on marriott website, we wish we had read them before. Being platinum elite members, we expected more.
Nice new, clean hotel with larger rooms and big HDTVs. Superb service. Really nice staff. Ample parking (free). Very close to McCarran Car Rental return, and right next door to a gas station to fill up. Breakfast looked good. A very nice alternative to staying on The Strip.
Stayed here for one night. The woman at the front desk was great, very nice and helpful. Our room was spotless and very comfy. Had to leave early before they started breakfast so can't comment on that. This property is close to the airport and rental car return center which is why we chose it. Excellent price too, would gladly stay here again.
After a long day of driving - we found that choices for dinner were limited at this location. The room was large enough to have had a table and 2 chairs by the window (which would have made it easy to eat take out) but had nothing other than one chair and the bed to sit on. We had to drive to find something for dinner. Wifi was not strong. Our cell phones dropped called in the room. Room itself was only adequate. Felt like an old slumping bed and the air conditioner fan ran all night (loud). Wouldn't recommend this property
Friendly staff at checkin and welcomed as a titanium member. Room was excellent with a separate living room and bedroom with two tv’s. Bathroom has a walk in shower and large counter. Heating/cooling is very nice with wall mounted thermostat. Very quiet on the even number side rooms which I would recommend. Away from the airport and loud street noise. One issue was breakfast. Cold decaf coffee, no regular and dark was luke warm. Eggs and sausage were good, but juice was really watery. No flavor at all. Not a Marriott level breakfast. Asked for fresh coffee and 20 minutes later still not delivered. Need to upgrade.
The front desk staff was very courteous, room was very clean with Paul Mitchell amenities in the shower (love that environmental aspect), lots of breakfast options from various fruits and, hot and cold cereal, waffles, etc. and the pool was great too!
This is the second time at this property. First time was 2 stars, I will give it 4 stars this time. EXCELLENT points: Newer property, so rooms are fresher and amenities (pool, workout area) are updated. Lobby is expansive - a nice touch. They have improved the small points on the property (trim, etc.) over the last year. Maid service was very friendly and efficient. AND - I really like the A/C units - very quiet. (FYI - First stay the A/C did not work.) CONCERN points: If you book a "Suite", many are really a Studio, with the living area just separated by a small divider. See photo. If you face Warm Springs Road (North) it will be noisy with traffic. If you face the South, it will be quieter, BUT at 7:00 am on weekdays you will here the trash trucks emptying the trash bins from the adjacent business area. FYI - I stay at hotels 150 nights a year, so small things matter.…
