I get that nobody wants to work right now but here you have to check yourself in or they act like you are crazy. I said I don’t want to check myself in the room cost over $400! But after a wait in line I did check myself in. When I was here 5 years ago it was a nice small place. Now it is the place for clubbing and all 23 year olds. My view is the roof and I wish I never chose this place. Escalator broken, dragging my suitcase along. No thank you
My husband and I checked in for a conference with a great rate at $109/night for the conference. Check in time is 4 and we were checking in at 2. $50 plus tax AND fees to check in early. As we were checking in, the screen (humans would not help us) let us know there would be an additional $41.95 resort fee per day and a $50 incidental fee PER DAY. I expected to see a stocked refrigerator and snacks offered in the room, instead we walked into a small room where we couldn't connect to wifi as it didn't show us registered as a guest and a broken phone so we could not conveniently call and work it out. Did I mention we got kicked out of an area, you can't bring food from outside the hotel- an area a hotel employee told us we could sit at to eat our sandwich. We would be checking out if not for the conference. Also it is quite amusing to me that masks must be worn as a public health safety measure while drinking, gambling AND smoking are all around me. The smell of smoke permeates my mask. A joke.…
My sister and I stayed at the Linq. We had a cityview. with a view of the high-roller .The queen beds were so comfortable I asked what brand they are. They are Simmons Beautirest Felicity pillowtop. The staff is friendly and professional. We loved the cafe downstairs but you need to bake more regular crossiants in the morning. The floor drink staff is really on point. They check on you several times while playing. We will be back to this hotel. We love to people watch. We found a little area outside . Great !!
I was able to get a room last minute. Check-in was quick and they were very helpful with that process. The staff is very respectful and will provide you with the best hospitality to make your stay worth it. I was able to get another night in the same room for a cheap price and it took all of 5 minutes. Everything around it is easy to get to and The LINQ walkway is definitely a bonus if you plan to stay there. I will definitely be staying here again on the next trip. It’s 100% recommended.
Horrible experience. Multiple issues. Caesars brand needs to distance themselves. Even hotel staff say they over promise and under delivery is common at this location. Very disappointed. Spent an hour on hold trying to resolve issues.
