No wait for check in. Willie checked us in and he was great. We had a basic room {city room}. We asked for a up grade, he told us the price and we couldn't do it. So he gave us a city room with a view of the Bellagio Fountain's at no extra cost. It was perfect. We couldn't believe our luck. We had 2 queen size beds, the room was large and clean. We did have a mini fridge which was great. House keeping was on point. Never lacked for anything. No complaints. We were not in our rooms much anyway. Check out was at 11;00 but Willie gave us an extra hour. Check out was fast and easy. Our flight was not till 11:00 p.m. So we left our luggage with the bellhop. One of us had reward points and we used it for a full day at the Bellagio. We picked our luggage up at 8.30 p.m. and we were on our way. It was a fantastic.

Almost from the start, this has been so dissatisfying apart from getting an early checkin, the experience has been very very ordinary, what has happened to this place. You can’t get an upgrade for love or money and don’t tell me it’s all booked out, because we all know that’s very hard to believe and the staff don’t seem to be concerned about it at all,we are currently staying here right now and it’s been a battle from day one.Out on the casino floor, finding a waitress is like gold and even if they arrive, they might not come back or take a very long time. The ventilation system seems to have lost its way and if you don’t like smoke you could be in trouble,I have visited other casino’s and this isn’t a problem, and this has never been a problem before and I have stayed here before and it was fantastic. Some of the restaurants are closed during normal hours and can be difficult ito find a place to eat if you haven’t booked already.Worst thing is we have still 3 days to go. and my wife and son have had enough, but if you try to go to the guest desk for anything,it’s come back tomorrow, maybe we expected to much from this high rated hotel(I don’t know how).It surely has lost its way somewhere, even some things don’t work in the room,we are coming back to Vegas next week and staying in a different hotel, has to be better. Was so looking forward to staying here and to experience this, what a letdown

Really great central location on the strip. We had a city studio room which we thought was huge! As we came in November we thought no point paying extra for a terrace we won’t use, but the city studio room came with a big sofa which was perfect for us. We visited Jalo and Superfrico whilst at the hotel which were great, I would definitely recommend Superfrico!

The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas is a great place to stay in the middle of everything. I really like the location and atmosphere that they have created here. The staff here is very accommodating and makes sure that you have everything that you need for the best stay.

Please do not stay here So many better hotels for the price you will pay on the strip Booked a wraparound terrace suite for a special birthday celebration and service has been nothing but terrible!! Rooms not cleaned properly no amenities in the kitchen and it’s a badly serviced hotel! You’ll get better facilities and cleaning standard in a 50 dollar a night hotel for sure and as for a birthday celebration definitely go elsewhere they will give you better!

Loved this hotel, very expensive (probably one of the most expensive on the strip) but completely worth it since it is one of the only hotels with a terrace. Staff is very nice and helpful especially when I dropped my ring down the sink by mistake. They were quick to send someone up to retrieve it. Be sure to book a fountain view.

I was interrupted 2x once at 6am and another time at 9am. The first time it was for room service for my neighbor. The second time it was the housekeeping staff rudely ask when I was checking out. OK I have F&H so my check out is clearly indicated at 4pm. I was looking at the peek hole and she was about to barge in. I opened the door and she asked if I was checking out. I told her no my check out is at 4.

We have seen him before and once again a great performance. It was a fun combination of original music and covers. Billy still has the energy and talent to get the audience into the show. I would recommend any classic rock fan to go and enjoy.

I have stayed in most of the nicer hotels in Las Vegas. This was by far the worst room I have ever stayed in. . Excluding that exorbitant price $650 a night plus fees. And this is after a Marriott upgrade to a room with a balcony. 1. Mold in the Shower see pick 2. No hot water in the shower. Just worm. 3. towels were as rough as sandpaper. And only two 4. bathroom mat was worn out and cheap. I would throw it away in my residence see pic 5. furniture was outdated and ugly. Look at the picture with ripples on the couch and all the material. see picture. 6. lamp had dents in it. see pick 7. Balcony glass looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in months See picture. 8. Marijuana smell every night and I don't smoke 9. above the pay-for-snack section, not enough light to even see anything. 10 lights in the living room, not even bright enough to read by 11. Second night when they clean the room, they didn’t even throw away any trash.

Just completed a 5 night stay here in a 1 bedroom fountain view room. The room itself was great, plenty of space, clean and a great view of the fountains. Housekeeping were great every day, and the bed and pillows incredibly comfortable. Location is perfect, right in the middle of the strip and easy access to everything. The hotel as a whole was a bit of a letdown, based purely on the lack of service from any of their staff. On arrival there were no bellmen to help with our luggage so we hauled it all ourself. Check in was incredibly slow and confusing. They don’t have one line so people jump around between counters to push in front. And the lady who checked us in clearly hated her job!! Service just seems to be non existent in this place. Visited a lot of other casinos this trip and their service seemed incredible compared to Cosmo. The resort fee is also a complete rort. Not sure I actually used any of things I paid for. The casino is ridiculously smokey although I think they all are. There was also a horrible sewerage stench coming from the restrooms closest to the lobby. At first I thought it may have been a once off but it was there the whole 5 days!
