The location is excellent. They also offer a shuttle between the hotel and the airport. Check-in was easy and the front desk clerk was very friendly. This is not on or near the strip, which was fine with us for this trip. The only minor issue was the coffee maker needed to be cleaned in the rooms.
Very clean room, very comfortable bed, spacious room with microwave and medium refrigerator, walking distant to some restaurant, friendly and professional staff. and shuttle service available for whatever time you need.
My husband and I were in town for training and this location was mere minutes from our training facility. Despite being right next to the airport, it was surprisingly quiet, clean, and safe. While I do wish there was more variety for the breakfast, it was well appointed and expertly managed. I will definitely recommend this location to anyone needing to stay close to the airport. 10 out of 10!
Everyone was very helpful. Very nice staff. Room was great. Accommodations were made quickly. The shuttle to and from the airport were a plus. The driver was very nice and helped me figure out we’re I needed to be.
We have stayed at this hotel a couple of times now, and will probably stay here again in the future. This is an older property that is still in pretty good shape. It is right next to the airport. We like to stay here just after we land and before we leave Las Vegas because it its proximity to the airport. Our room was clean and comfortable. We had a great night's sleep and didn't encounter any problems during our stay. The one area they could improve on is the staff. We found the front desk staff to be ambivalent at best, and kind of rude at worst. The staff does not make or break our stay, but the attitudes here certainly didn't add to our enjoyment.
It is what it is. Within its price bracket it got very high marks - really nothing to downgrade a score other than some breakfast spreads are more robust, still adequate for the road. Very convenient location and excellent value for the dollar.
The showers had Mold in them. The air conditioning was not pumping in the room. The seating chairs was so nasty.I could go on but the picture was not what the hotel looked like. The bottom of the showers was nasty where I had to purchase Batg Mats.
The property was very clean. Airport shuttle is super convenient and front desk personnel was polite and customer service friendly. Best part of staying here was free breakfast and coffee in the morning. I highly recommend this hotel.
If you're planning a trip to Vegas and looking for luxury, than this is not it. Based on photos on the hotel site I was expecting a modern day version of a la quinta. But I found quite the opposite upon arrival. I hope this review helps ppl realize what they are getting into when booking here. The first red flag was the tub in the one bedroom suite I was given. The tub drain was completely missing and there was just a giant hole that I could see myself slipping into on accident. The next red flag was the grime on the bathtub foor and then the grime in the jacuzzi that looked like it had not been given a good scrub in awhile. I asked the front desk if they had another room and still ended up with a bath tub and jacuzzi that looked grimey. One of the jets was also missing a cover so you can see all the gross build up inside, I'm sure the other jets were similar but wasn't planning on taking a peek. It felt so unclean that I never even tried to use it so the room was a waste. Next red flags were all the stains found on the bed sheets, towels, and even cushions on furniture. Does house keeping just not care enough to spot and treat it or are they just that hard to get out? Either way, gross. Even the cupboards looked like they were about to fall off in the kitchen area and all the furniture looked slightly dinged/ scratched, so being in Vegas you know the room has seen some things... Last but not least (cause I'm sure I'm missing things I forgot about by now) I found what looked like a roach carcass in the bathroom light. So every time I looked up I had to think about it's hotel stay. Now, the outside.. the location is tucked in a commercial area that isn't lit well, does not appear to have security cameras, or actual patrolling going on to help you feel safe. They seem to rent to families and drug dealers alike, I found an interesting mix of guests that I didn't always feel safe around. Especially late at night when trying to take the dog out to pee. I was also told there was an area for pets to relieve themselves. What they meant was there's a corner on the very back of the hotel that's all dirt with a dog station and bench. When I first drove past that area upon arrival to the hotel, I actually mistakened it for the dumpster area because there was so much trash back there and it did not look like a good place to hang out with your dog. If ur traveling with pets I hope they like peeing on dirt bushes cause there is zero grass. After all this, I asked the mgr for a discount and was told I would be billed for a downgraded version of my room. After checking out and allowing more than enough time for them to process the charges, it's now been 10 days and I still haven't received a receipt or anything indicating a received the discount and the full amount is still billed to my card. I'm sure mgmt will reach out now stating I should have called for assistance, even though I already did. To sum it up: I would not recommend this hotel unless you're looking for a typical shady hotel stay.…
Shower in this hotel was very weak and shut water out of the sides of the shower head. The owners of this property have turned off the central ventilation system so if you use the bathroom you have to live with the smell for many days afterwards as there is no ventilation of any type or form in the rooms whatsoever. The breakfast is pitiful. It's obviously designed to spend as little money as possible. The entire hotel reeks of the smell of that many people using the bathrooms with no ventilation at all. Pit Bulls and Parolees everywhere you look including working behind the counter.
