Hyatt Place Las Vegas at Silverton Village garners praise for its clean and spacious rooms, with modern touches that guests appreciate, although there are occasional mentions of noisy HVAC systems and inconsistent housekeeping. The hotel's location is lauded for its accessibility and tranquil, pet-friendly atmosphere, but some visitors point out the higher transportation costs.
While the amenities, including free parking and a pristine pool, are generally well-received, there's room for improvement in the breakfast variety and room lighting. Despite some concerns over service and a less serene atmosphere at times, the staff's friendliness stands out.

Detailed Reviews
We had a nice weekend stay at this hotel.
There were several children doing what children do which is great for them but not the best for old folks like us who want and appreciate a quiet environment.
Not the hotel's fault, just the walls are very thin and the windows allow a lot of noise in from the pool area. We were four floors up but the noise level was like we were in the pool with those kids.
The room was clean with ample supply of towels which were soft and clean.
The bedding was very warm and clean though the beds were on the firm side for our taste.
The black out shades on the windows were appreciated as our room faced the evening sun with direct view of the sunset - which was nice but also made the room quite warm.
The A/C in the room worked very well, thank you for that, Hyatt Place!
The breakfast was average, the food was fresh & the hot items were hot though there were limited items.
Scrambled eggs both days, one day with bacon and one day with sausage.
Two fruits offered each day and a basic bread selection.
One - four slice toaster shared by all guests
Oatmeal and that's about all I remember seeing.
Beverage choices were the usual, a couple of juice choices, iced water, not sure if there was any tea or coffee but I'm guessing it was there somewhere.
Overall found the hotel to be clean, friendly, and easy to access by car.

We highly recommend Hyatt Place at Silverton Village. We've been coming to Las Vegas for 30+ years. As we've gotten older we prefer to stay away from the strip. The Hyatt was perfect. Clean, comfortable, quiet room, equipped with a coffee maker and mini refrigerator. If we need to get to the strip it's only a five minute drive. While outside the temp was in the 115 to 118 range, we were perfectly comfortable in our room and throughout the hotel. The pool area was nice. Despite the heat, the pool water was surprisingly cool and refreshing.
Parking is onsite, easy, and free. Silverton casino is a short walk, and South Point, M Resort, and Green Valley Ranch are all short drives. The breakfast was very good. Eggs, fresh fruit, bacon and sausage, french toast, cold and hot cereal, bread and bagels, plus fresh coffee and tea. One more positive note, I enjoy cold cereal, but am Lactose intolerant. Non dairy oat milk was available which was very helpful. The staff in the breakfast area were kind and attentive.
The clientele was older couples, and families with young children. This is not a party hotel.
By nature I have to make a couple suggestions. We probably wouldn't have used it, but a small microwave would have been nice. Also there only big lights in the room. My wife likes to sleep earlier than I do, and there was no small lamp for reading.
Lovely hotel, great time, we'll be coming back.

Our AirBnB fell through on the night of our arrival and we were very stressed out after a long day of traveling. Finding an affordable room in Las Vegas can be difficult, but after a lot of online research, we're so happy we found the Hyatt Place at Silverton Village! It was reasonably affordable and offers a lot of amenities. The exercise room was in great shape, much better than expected, and the pool area was well appointed with lots of space to relax and the pool itself was clean. Our room was clean and comfortable as well, but the highlight was the complimentary breakfast buffet. Best buffet at any hotel I've seen! There was a great variety of quality items and they took care to offer items for people with specific preferences or food allergies, like serving several kinds of milk. (Regular, almond, AND oat.) It was also a nice surprise as I didn't realize breakfast was included. All staff was friendly and accommodating and the location was great as well. Highly recommend!

I’m a globalist with Hyatt and i have stayed at many properties over the years. On my profile i have it clearly stated - quiet room high floor away from elevator. I came to the hotel to get some sleep and checked in shortly before midnight. I was assigned a room on the second floor and i immediately asked the front desk agent if it was facing the highway, letting them know that i have in my preferences a quiet room and that if they don’t have it I’ll have to find another property before it’s too late. She let me know that the room is quiet and no one has ever complained . And that it is facing the silverton not the highway. She also let me know they don’t have any other rooms because the hotel is sold out. When i got to the room it was freezing i turned on the heat and there was a loud noise from the heater , as soon as the room got to the temperature and the loud heater stopped, all incould hear was engine breaks from semi trucks on i15. I looked from the window and my room was the closes room in the hotel and lowest to I-15. Not facing the silverton. Unfortunately since it was past midnight no hotels were available to book online . I tried to sleep but couldn’t So i checked out of the hotel at 4 am with zero rest and let the person know that the room was facing the highway not the silverton and that i wasn’t able to get any sleep and wanted to complain to their management. The response from her supervisor was that they will add to my profile my preferences (that are already in it) and that they were sold out. So lack of transparency and accountability, somehow they expect me to return to the hotel after paying for a night that i shouldn’t have paid for for a stay that i didn’t complete due to the lack of transparency and the blatent disregard to the needs of hyatts most loyal customers.

I like the hotel and the front desk staff were kind when I checked in. It sort of went downhill from there. Customer service can make or break a trip.
The location is away from the chaos of the strip and that's what I was looking for. The room was nice, clean and fairly quiet. The bed was comfortable as long as I stayed in the middle. The sides are beginning to sag. The sink stopped up when water was running.
My favorite thing about this hotel is the pool and spa area. The design is pretty and relaxing, but this is my 2nd time here where there were bees hovering around the whirlpool. Hard to relax with that happening.
Breakfast hours are limited and the food is as expected. One of the staff members seemed stressed. She was locking it down at 9:00 a.m. on the dot and hovering. When I made a request she complained about what she had to do and get done.
None of these issues would normally be a reason to avoid this hotel for me. Again, I like the spaces in general. But when I decided to extend my stay, the staff I tried to work with were ineffectual at the least and to me, were rude and discriminatory at the worst. One reminded me of my late checkout as if they were doing me a favor rather than it being one of my member benefits. It was a holiday weekend but there were rooms available they just could not think outside the box to extend my stay without what I thought was overcharging me. The person I was working with was visibly cringing as if going out of her way was just too much to ask. There's more but it's just the same. I gave up and left. I probably won't go back because more than anything I just didn't feel welcome. I don't need that.

Bad attention from staff at the reception. Small hotel far from the central area of Las Vegas. Although it is quiet, the poor service (cold, uncooperative and unwelcoming) of the receptionists mars the stay. We requested that the room be cleaned every day upon entering the hotel and we had to keep asking the housekeeping and housekipping people because we had two nights that we arrived and it was dirty and messy.
The only thing that deserves a good score is the pool area, which is quiet and comfortable.

Lovely, clean updated room, friendly staff and excellent, fresh meals provided for our conference. I have a severe gluten allergy and they accommodated me by providing a delicious modified meal. Plus the onsite breakfast offered options I could eat. I would definitely stay again!

Hyatt Place at Silverton has become our go to hotel in Vegas.
We've stayed here many times and even brought my in-laws with us one time and they enjoyed the stay. There're a few reasons we stay at this location, first, it's off the strip; second, it has no casino (we can't stand the smell of smoke); thirdly, definitely the most important is that it's pet friendly.
The rooms are always clean, we requested not to have daily room service because we didn't need it. The hotel is clean and the staff is ALWAYS friendly and nice.
The hotel provides breakfast and there's not extra charge for parking or "resort fee".
We enjoyed staying here and will go back again!

This hotel is pretty much brand new. I love the vibe and cleanliness. It’s off the strip, no hassles, free parking, next to Silverton hotel which has a casino and tons of dining options. Mermaid show was also a plus. The grandmas babysat the kids while the parents could go next door for date night / parents night out. The pool area was also nice and the kids enjoyed it. Fireplace, couches to relax and shaded cabanas (free!). It’s not a fancy pool but I liked it because we knew exactly where all the kids were and didn’t have to go hunting for them. Pool towels always stocked. Fitness center has refill station for our water bottles. We had 5 rooms for our whole family booked on 3 separate reservations but they were able to put us all on the same floor across the hall from each other. We did tons of stuff outside of the strip (only 1 day we went to the chocolate stores and NYNY. We tried all of our bookmarked instagram recommendations without the hassle of fighting the traffic on the strip. The staff was very nice as well. We will stay here again.

I was charged for 2 days instead of 1. first day I had booked via app and could not reach location due to flights being cancelled by weather. We called in and no one answered for 2 hrs. When finally connected they didn't care or help. Instead, we called world of Hyatt customer care who moved our reservation to next day. This was not honored by hotel and we were charged twice. Called multiple times after the trip to hotel and world of Hyatt but both keep redirecting to each other.

No club lounge in the sense I think you’re referring to. But They do have a fully stocked bar In the lobby and the drinks are pretty good :-)
No there are not.
Mini fridges in every room.
They have a microwave just in the 1 bedroom suite.
No fee for anything extra. My folio from staying there several days had 2 items: an Accommodation fee and the 13% Occupancy Tax.
I have another business trip coming up to the area; I'll be staying here again.
