Great location. Walk to Aria, Bellagio, Cosmopolitan, and Park MGM. Quiet. Short hallways and fast elevators. Not much in the way of food at Vdara but there is a Starbucks and lots of places to eat at nearby hotels. Nice to have a refrigerator in the room to keep drinks and leftover food.

Am staying here currently and using the conference centre and the environment and ambience is great. Staff are exceptional. Rooms are fabulous. Would love coffee/tea making in the room, but that’s a small note. I wanted to give a massive and special shout out to Mike Philogene who clearly understands and cares about customers and guests. I bought breakfast this morning and struggled back to the lift getting my card out and found my card didn’t work when I got to my room. Had to struggle down again to fix the key, and Mike spotted me and offered help before I’d left the lobby. He escorted me upstairs to my room, tested and checked everything and got tools to fix the lock and new keys. All sorted with no effort from me and so appreciated! I’m here for work and just want to get on with things! I wanted to say a massive thank you for anticipating, for reading my body language and for being so incredibly helpful.

Stay away from the mini bar!!!!! Me and my wife have been staying for a week everything was nice. On arrival our tolet was blocked and we had towait on house keeping to fix. The mini bar is stocked with water and beers etc, but what that dont tell you is the price if you have a bottle of water etc! When cheaking out i was hit with a bill off $1120 for some drinks. Its very expensive $25 for a bottle of water and a small can of coke was $15 then on top of a ssrvice charge of $50 per day. I was hit with this bill on the last day of my holiday it was a shock. My next visit to Las Vagas i will book an air bnb i think.

I arrived at my room to find that housekeeping had left a square of toilet paper of the dining table (see photo). that was the start. I woke up the next morning and went to shower only to discover that there was no shampoo, no bath mat, and no bag for dirty clothes. I picked up the phone to call the front desk. I pressed the speed dial button on the room phone for the front desk and got a recording telling me I'd have to call back later. I put on clothes and went down to the front desk where the desk agent told me it would take 30-45 minutes to get shampoo to my room. When I explained that I had a meeting, she said that was all I could do. I had to request a manager, who looked in the back and brought me shampoo. I went to my meetings and returned to the room at 4:00 to find that housekeeping had thrown plastic bags with shampoo, laundry bags, and a mat on the dining table (see photo). They still had not cleaned the room. I again went to the front desk at 4:15 where I was assured that the room would be cleaned and that the head of housekeeping would ensure that it had been done wight. Shortly after that I received a call from a woman from MGM Operations called me to get the whole story. She assured me that it would all be taken care of and that she would call me back the next day to follow up. I returned to my room at 10:30 p.m. to find that it had not been cleaned. The woman from Operations never followed up the next day. Although they ostensibly cleaned the following day, the blob in the third picture was on the room carpet for the entire stay. I have no idea what it was (see photo). Vdara used to be great. This was such poor customer service that I cannot recommend it again. They should not dare use the term "Resort" with such poor service.

I booked Vdara hotel through TripAdvisor and the deposited already token out from my account. When I get to the hotel, the check in staff there said they don’t have any room available and want us to wait but don’t know how long. They can’t accommodate us with any other rooms. This is bad customer service and bad hotel. Vdara is a big hotel and telling me that they don’t have any room left but they took my money already!!??? This is unacceptable!!! Don’t book or come to his hotel. Would not recommend it.

From when I pulled in wrong lane in valet I was like my bad, kindly valet was no worries park there I got you. Confirming my check in front desk lady greeted us and happily upgraded us to a corner room explained it’s condominium style room with amazing scene of Bellagio fountain and view of Sphere the room is up scale far better then any just condo I’ve ever stayed in with so many amenities short walking distance away. Making dinner reservations with concierge the gentleman made personal phone calls to unsure our dinning experience was perfect at Milo’s sea food restaurant. All the way from the end of our stay bell desk held happily held our luggage after check out for safe keeping. My experience at Vdara Hotel & Spa was nothing short of exceptional. I’m recommending the stay to friends and family and cannot wait to be a honored guest soon again.

The spa was the worst experience. I wear hijab. There is a women's spa and a men's spa. I went into the women's spa and was told to change into a robe and told to wait. The receptionist then took me to another area. As we reached there she says you will be waiting in this coed space. I was not told beforehand this was a coed area. I stopped and immediately asked to return to the women's area. She then tells me you could kept your clothes on and changed in the massage room. I told her you never gave me the option nor did you ever say it was a coed area I would be in. I asked her did you not see me enter in a hijab, and she looked at me blankly. The manager had a cool and uncaring apology. This hotel doesn't care about diversity at all. There are many other places to stay. My family is going back in two weeks to Las Vegas and we cancelled everything at this hotel.

This is a good hotel in a good location. The gym / fitness is disappointing - this hotel needs elliptical machines in the gym. Vdara has nice rooms in a good location. The gym is disappointing and really needs to get some elliptical machines..

I had the most disappointing experience at this hotel. I booked the Stay Well Panoramic Suite the weekd of 1/19-1/21. I booked this room because it was my annivesary weekend and the hotel agent recommended it as beautiful. I checked in only to be welcomed by a dusty dirty suite with stained furniture, dirty windows, wholes in the blinds. When I picked up the phone to call the front the desk, the phone was so nasty that I quickly switch to speaker. After reaching the front desk I was told the room had not been used in a while and they would send someone to clean it. That did not happen. Had to ask again by going to the front desk. They gave me a food and drink credit as if that would clear the air. NOT. That was too late because my alergies kicked in when I sat on the bed dust flew in the air. The sofa and chairs have stains on them. Windows and mirrors had not been wiped in months. Never again. I asked for another room and they could not accommadate me. I want ALL my $$ back.

This is a nice hotel and well-designed rooms. I've stayed here each time I've gone to Vegas in the last few years and it is wonderful Vegas has an option without the casino floor and cigarette smoke. That said, my last reservation with Vdara will be my last. Our flights were canceled due to the heavy rain storms and flooding in the LA area (Feb 4-6, 2024). I tried to change my Vdara reservation but faced multiple calls and out-of-country customer service was difficult and time-consuming. You deal with phone-trees and call centers based abroad. The call center has polite customer service but any requests have to be checked back with the hotel and there is a 24-48 hour lag time to get a response from anyone in Vegas at the hotel. Not worth the wait, stress and hassle. Especially in an emergency. Plus, Vdara sneaks in a massive 'resort fee' onto the bill which nearly doubles the cost of the hotel room's bait-n-switch advertised price. Hospitality isn't just about the hotel itself, it is the entire experience... through the booking process to customer service.
