I spent 3 nights at Paris and I will be back. The check in using the mobile app and kiosk was so quick and easy. Every staff member I did encounter was cheerful and helpful. My room was clean and fresh. I even had enough pillows! I enjoyed meals at the American Grill, Mon Ami Gabi, Bobby's Burgers, and Vanderpump. Mon Ami Gabi is my favorite. All in all I highly recommend this wonderful property. I almost forgot, I loved the pool!

Wanted a hotel with 24hr room service. Website said yes, but found out it wasn’t available. Spoke to someone about it and got treated like I was making it up. Website sill says 24hr room service. Beautiful bath tub. Went to use it and it was dirty and had someone else’s hair still in it. Refrigerator was dirty and not cooling. Carpets looked dingy. Wasn’t told how to use my room key to get free parking until my last day there. Visited several different hotels during my stay, Paris was the only one that charged us for parking. Marketed as an upscale destination. Felt more like a roadside motel.

We had a guys trip planned for the WSOP, and as a Diamond Plus member I wanted a LeMans suite, 2 beds. In the Diamond check in, I was offered an upgrade on a LeMans suite with the a joining room. Awesome deal!!! The Ladys at the Diamond check in were so great, very nice and pleasant. Rooms were clean, no issues at all. Cons: 2 bartenders were very rude, when I was trying to use my free drink tickets, which was surprising to me. No tip there. However, the worst Pit Boss in the world was working the Craps table at the Paris at around 8:00 Tuesday night, the 21st of June. Very rude and nasty behavior. When asked about decent customer service, he actually said: " If you want customer service, go to a car wash, not a casino." Unbelievable. The rest of the employees I encountered were fantastic, and the WSOP was organized great.

The Effiel tower view was amazing. They do need to invest in better pillows and time to update the rooms. I found the rooms to be small and bathroom to big. I would prefer a room that has a longer flat service to put my luggage. I don't hang my clothes in the closets at hotels due to possible bedbugs. Get rid of the large dressers and open up the room.

Paris Resort is a nice hotel. It is located right n the middle of the strip and very convenient. It's clean and has great amenities. There's only two cons that I experienced on this trip that are worth mentioning. The pool closed everyday at 5 pm and we were told that they did not have pool staff to operate after 5 pm. I was surprised that they didn't not have an alternate option since they are part of Caesar's Entertainment. After a long day we were really looking forward to lounging by the pool but instead got ushered out by security right at 5 pm on the dot. There were no signs, no voicemail, no communication on the hotel tv channel, They said it was on their website but there is not really any reason to go to the website once you are at the hotel. I tried to speak to someone but that went no where. The second issue was that we found everyday items to be ridiculously priced on the resort. A bottle of water costed us $5 us so I won't say how much we paid for a coffee and croissant cost. All in all it was a nice hotel, we did enjoy ourselves and we would visit again. We are hoping that they resolve their staffing issues and make some improvements to their customer service.

When I arrived the escalator from parking was broken. They fixed the escalator but it was a sign of things to come. I checked into my room which was old, and had worn out furniture & mold on the shower ceiling. We tried to go to the pool after our day of flying & walking the strip, but the pool was closed. We tried instead to order room service, but room service is also closed "indefinitely." We tried to use our phones on the hotel wifi, but it would not work. After a call with IT they informed us that their wifi "doesn't work with MAC randomization" A feature of all phones since 2018. I tried to use the hotels laundry service before I checked out three days later and was informed it was unavailable "indefinitely." I asked for some compensation for all these amenities I expected to have when I booked, and was basically told to kick rocks. TL;DR: Shower mold, No Room service, No Laundry, No afternoon Pool, No Wifi, No Refunds.

Hair on the ceiling of the shower and no room service (oops, that’s two)! Never staying here, or another Caesar’s establishment again, as I’m assuming they all have the same protocol. People spend plenty of money on your casino floor, let them eat in their rooms.

We felt safe the hotel was quiet at night beds were comfy loved having a bath tub and shower. However the carpet was stained in multiple spots lamp shade was dirty had stains. Around the bathroom door there were pieces of wood trim missing. When we travel and spend the money we do we would hope to stay somewhere nice clean and kept up. This hotel is great but definitely could use some up keep especially for the guest that come to see the luxury and amazing architecture and class that vegas hotels once had for us its not all the party its the feeling special in a special place!

Location was great for access to strip. Many restaurant/food choices in the hotel. Rooms need some updating. Service was ok. Came in to a room toilet was dirty and items were left from previous stay. Be sure to deal directly with hotel transportation do not use mobile concierge option.

Took my wife for our anniversary with some friends, the hotel was nice enough but everything and I do mean everything is outrageously expensive. The pool drinks are $30/drink, Glass of wine $20USD and $7-10 for a bottle of Aquafina water! Were Canadians and that is just ridiculous. When we booked the Eiffel tower restaurant they charged us $40/person to book the window seat. Every dinner even in the Cafe Americano was crazy expensive. We played a ton of slots and no waitress were to be found for drinks and if one did come around you were waiting a good hour. My take on Vegas is this. The mob had a better sense on how to take care of their customers, Big Corporations just don't give a crap it's all about the bottom line for them. Stay away from Vegas!!!!!
