We stayed at Paris Las Vegas from 06/15 - 06/17. The check in and out process easy - we did it from our email or at the kiosk. We had a rental car & appreciated the free parking garage for the duration of our stay. The only reason for 4 stars vs 5 is because all of the hotel restaurants and shops aren’t fully open - which is understandable due to pandemic and travel just starting again. Enjoyed the pool. Only odd thing at the hotel is the doors to the elevator close really quickly! By the time people get out of the elevator the doors are already closing for those that want to enter. You have to think & move quickly! Our room was on the 7th floor. Quiet in the evening. Overall, great.

I must say I am an avid review reader and came very close to switching hotels..I'm so glad I didn't. I honestly can't believe that I have NOTHING negative to say about our stay. The room was clean, modern and very comfortable. I had reserved a room with a view, but upon check in was told it would be very loud due to the club at the pool below, so I had her switch us to a higher floor on the mountain side and it was amazing. Very quite and a beautiful view as well, just not the strip. Every staff member we encountered was extremely helpful and nice. The CVS is so convenient right out the side door. We got all of our water and snacks and brought our own coffee maker so we didn't have to pay the higher prices or wait in the lines at the shops. We got in line for the pool about 15 minutes before it opened in the morning and had absolutely NO problem finding a chair. You could only take water into the pool and drinks were very expensive, but that was to be expected. Ivy, the texting system the hotel uses was very efficient. I requested towels, asked questions about restaurants and requested room service with no issues at all and everything was delivered in a very timely manner. Ellis Island is a 10 minute walk a block behind The Paris and has excellent breakfast and lunches. I was so pleasantly surprised with this trip that I will definitely return to the Paris.

Room Tip: Rooms NOT facing the pool or strip are very quite...ask for a higher floor.

I was a returning guest and I regretted it. The rooms are completely out dated, dirty, and smell terrible. I waited at the front desk for over 20 min for a room change after stepping on a BLOODY band-aid in the bathroom of my first room. The front desk associate just left me there waiting on an answer after she walked into a back door never to be seen again. I had to go back 3 times to finally get a different room. Paint was chipped and wallpaper was falling off. Sink was clogged so engineering had to come in and fix. I asked for a bell cart to assist in moving our bags and was flat out told no because "we don't have record of you moving rooms" The bathrooms remind me of an old apartment building bathroom. Absolutely nothing like the photos. I am embarrassed for the owners of this hotel.

It started on the day of check in when I called to ask for some sparkling wine and fruit to be in the room waiting on our arrival as this was a surprise trip for our 10th anniversary. I was told that there was no way to do this as room service had not yet re-opened post covid. Disappointing, but not a huge deal. We arrived at 1am, a full 9 hours after the 4pm check in time to have the check in kiosk say our room was not yet ready. So we had to stand in line for over 30 minutes to have an agent tell us there was not really an issue, but immediately assign us a room. The gentleman who checked us in was fairly nice, but after a long trip, the last thing I wanted to do was wait in a long line to have to speak with a desk agent. On the second night of our stay, the fire alarm went off at 1:30 am for about 5 minutes. During the alarm, the canned recording clearly says that after the source of the alarm is investigated, further information will be provided. However, this proved not to be the case. Some minutes after the alarm shut off, I had to contact the front desk (Two voice mail menus and a hold to do that) to be told by a front desk agent that if no information was provided, there was no problem. What world do these people live in that they think that this is ok? For all I know the front desk is in flames and the cannot convey any information. Again at 3:40 am the alarm went off, this time the front desk agent was beyond uncaring - but actually very rude. We spoke with the overnight manager who belittled and literally laughed at our concern. When the alarm went off a third time at 4 am, we didn't even bother. Our expectations were simple, to be provided an all-clear after an alarm, instead we got ridicule from the staff.
