I have stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Las Vegas City Center two times since December 2022. The staff from the front desk, restaurant/breakfast and the managers are great. The staff was always friendly, polite and helpful. The location of the hotel can’t be be beat for those who want to be within about a 10 minute walk of The Strip without staying at a casino resort. The rooms are clean, well maintained and have lots of electric outlets which I love. I found the room to be well insulated from outside/neighboring room noise and the blackout blinds help you sleep in.
Humberto, Francis, and Svetlana are an amazing team at the bar/restaurant! If you want amazing food, impeccable service, and outstanding food, skip the Vegas strip and just relax at the Hilton Garden Inn restaurant. We stayed here 10 days in June and 10 days in August and found ourselves eating here more than any restaurant on the Strip. We loved this place because its ideal for the exhausted business traveler, tired family, enthusiastic tourist, or anyone who just wants a positive experience without overthinking the anticipated dining night. Don't hesitate to just head down to the lobby and pull up a chair as Svetlana will make you feel at home and Francis and Humbeto will make food that will make your mouth water! Only one bottle of water per day. I couldn’t use diamond credit for snack and drink purchase. I could use it only for restaurant order. But continental buffet breakfast was really poor although it was $12.99. It was not worth to spend a diamond credit for breakfast.
This hotel is just off the strip and away from its craziness. It is quiet, clean with good facilities. Parking is easy. The breakfast is excellent and dinner while having a limited menu is great value and top quality food. You will find all the staff very friendly and efficient
From the time I checked into the hotel several employees made it their mission to provide outstanding customer service! That did not stop until the second I checked out! I was greeted every morning by Dre with his warming personality, who without hesitation would ask how my morning was or engage in conversation that made me feel comfortable and pleased that I was in the right hotel. On another occasion the shuttle driver Roy went over and beyond his duty and brought me my eye glasses to the airport just after dropping me off; that I had forgotten at the hotel which I needed for an important work event that I would not have been able to complete without my glasses. Huge thank you to them both and the rest of the staff!! 5 stars!!!
My friend and I had a layover for work on Thanksgiving and everything was closed except for the hotel restaurant. We were greeted by a wonderful human named James. He was so pleasant and personable and made our Thanksgiving meal very enjoyable and memorable. We can’t wait to come back and see James. Also, during breakfast, Dre was attentive and friendly. He made sure we were well fed before we departed for our flights. Thank you for being such a great hotel for us and especially during the holidays. See you soon!
This hotel is really nice. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Mya and Josephine were AWESOME! The hotel is very clean. I would definitely stay again. My only suggestion would be to have a shuttle, maybe every hour that can drop people off on the strip. Maybe at New York New York since it's so close or another Hilton property. Just a thought, but getting a Lyft/Uber from there was no problem. Great stay though.
3.5 stars. Couple night stay while attending a conference on the strip. The location was nice for quickly getting to and from the strip via Uber/Lyft with minimal traffic. Thought digital checkin is offered through the app, it was not processed. Was told all guests must check in at the desk, show ID and show CC. While I appreciate the extra layer of security, I prefer the convenience of online checkin and bypassing the desk. The room was a typical HGI. Room was clean and quiet. Had a view of a parking garage and some bright lights. Blackout curtains mostly worked. HVAC was a bit loud for my liking. Might consider staying here again.
The Hilton Garden Inn Las Vegas City Center has an amazing staff that made our stay one of the best! The rooms were clean, the breakfast was great, and the pool was clean and relaxing! The staff was very hospitable and friendly which made the stay more invitable!! Thank you!
Slightly off the strip, this hotel is a great place to stay if you want something a little quieter. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and have everything you need. The only reason we wouldn’t provide a 5 star review is because of the breakfast. It was really disappointing for a hotel bearing the Hilton name. Having said that, it was the only thing we could fault. We would still recommend staying here, just eat elsewhere.
