Hilton Garden Inn Las Vegas City Center garners high praise for its exceptional service, with staff frequently described as going the extra mile. The inviting atmosphere and spotless rooms contribute to a relaxing visit. Its prime location near Allegiant Stadium and the Strip makes it a convenient choice for many travelers, who also find the hotel to be a great value.
Guests enjoy spacious accommodations, though one did note a less satisfactory room placement. While the on-site amenities, including a fitness center and outdoor pool, are popular, some guests feel the breakfast and strip access could be improved.

This hotel is our “Go To” primarily because of the 20% discount that Homewood guests receive in the restaurant and bar. The service we get from James in the restaurant is nothing short of outstanding! He caters to us and makes every effort to go out of his way to make our experience as enjoyable and restful as possible. James works so hard and is terribly conscientious to know our likes and dislikes of Hilton Garden menu items and advises us on all the red wines we enjoy here. We will miss James so much!!! Also, Jay the manager has always treated us over the years with the utmost respect, courtesy, and a “feel at home sense” of hospitality! Jay you look amazing. Keep it up!!! Also, a shout to Tyler at the front desk who graciously gave a smile and just the right amount of small talk when I would come in after hours to get one more mini Merlot wine! Lastly, chef Kevin has won our hearts over with his Wednesday night reception at the Homewood. Please allow him to keep doing that service. Everything was just perfect that evening! My only gripe and it’s a small one— please, please, please, bring back your delicious pizza. It was the best in Vegas and I would have it 4-5 times on our 10 day trips. Thank you Hilton Garden In for another awesome trip and super vacation!!!

The restaurant at this hotel is the best kept secret in Vegas. Super food and wine at an amazing price. James and Joesean made our dining experience a great one. We felt super fortunate for their willingness to go out of their way to give us great service while connecting with our family of three. Super good people and we will be back to give them fist bumps and shout outs. Thanks to both of you for helping make our vacation a great one!!

So couple things, the hotel did not have the room type i booked so they did give me 6th floor and a room with a great view of the strip. Which was a good trade and made me happy. I could view the new Allegiant stadium and down across highway to see the south side of the strip .. think MGM place and Luxor etc... which was nice. Except the window had tow curtains and one of them the chain that pulled it up was broken so.. great view but you couldn't see it and hotel had no maintenance available til after i was leaving next day. I reported it i sure hope it was fixed, didn't enjoy climbing up on a chair and manually rolling it up when i wanted to look out the window. Also, could of used a heads up before parking at top of the garage that the elevator in the garage wasn't working so had to carry all the luggage down the flights of stairs. In any case, though Dean Martin drive is very high traffic area... this is a hidden gem hotel long as you have a car. Several casinos nearby and it's tucked away and on a saturday night was cheaper and a nicer than any of the available casino hotels which have all gotten pretty greedy as they bring in record profits but Hilton Garden by contrast if your ok driving to things offered a nice quiet comfortable room and location.. overall still highly recommended.

Stayed here recently after being a mega-hotel on the strip for a conference. This is a pretty standard Hilton Garden Inn with a larger fitness center and an outdoor pool. The hotel is very quiet, most of the other guests seemed to be there for business, or were flight crews staying for the night. Service was friendly and our room was large and clean with comfortable beds. Wi-fi was a bit spotty. Breakfast was your normal low-end Hilton buffet with eggs, sausage, potatoes, cereal, outmeal, fruit salad and some pastries. I've seen more variety at other HGI's, this was more on the level of a Hampton Inn. They did have a regular menu of breakfast items, including some daily specials during the week. I would definitely stay here again if one is on a budget and looking for a nice respite from the hustle and bustle of the more touristy areas of LV.

We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Las Vegas February 10-13, 2022. This was not our first choice, as we would have preferred to stay at the better-located Hampton Inn down the street, but it was sold out for weeks before. We decided to stick with the Hilton brand and stay here, but would choose differently if we had it to do over again.
The location is not that great. We wanted to be off the strip, but still be close to it. Looking at a map, this is very close, but there is no way to walk to the strip from here because an interstate runs between. No problem, we just used Uber instead. But there are also no restaurant options within close walking distance either. So we ordered room service from the Garden Grille, which worked out fine because the service was prompt and the food was good.
The room was very nice. It was spacious and appeared new. However, it wasn’t until we arrived that we learned that housekeeping is only available 3 days per week and only upon request. We’ve stayed at many Hilton properties during this pandemic and we’ve never experienced this. When we needed clean towels at 5pm on our second day, we requested them and were they would be brought to our room. They never came. So at 5am the next morning, we had to go in search of towels, at which time we were told that they couldn’t be brought to the room and could only be picked up at the front desk. And we thought the Keurig in the room was a great amenity, but we had already used the 2 coffee pods and 2 packs of sugar the morning before, so had to go to the lobby for coffee, where we were told it would be charged to our room.
It's understandable that there are probably staffing issues, making service decline, but if they know they will not service the rooms, then place enough supplies in the room to last 3 days! We were given 3 towels for 2 people and there’s no way that will last 3 days. And if a guest requests towels and you say you will bring them, then do it! And the Keurig is a great amenity, but if they know they will not replenish the supplies for 3 days, then give enough to last 3 days. Guests should not have to chase and beg for basic room supplies and amenities.
And since our room would not be cleaned, we were told to put our used towels and trash outside the door to be picked up. They were still sitting there when we checked out.
And when we requested our room be cleaned on one of the days that it’s allowed, we returned to our room after 2pm to shower and change for the evening, but the room had still not been cleaned.
We cannot recommend this hotel at all, unless you like using the same dirty towels over and over, having trash piled up outside your room, or do not expect basic service for the price. After being loyal Hilton customers for years, we’re not sure we’ll stay at another until they learn to better navigate this pandemic.

We just got back from a 4-day/3-night stay for our team's Volleyball Tournament and we had 11 families staying at this hotel (April 7-10) and not a single complaint from any of us. So that alone is a true testament to the level of quality and service at this hotel. The main desk staff were fantastic and checked us into our room at 11:00 on the day we arrived. They were helpful with towels, info, recommendations, and any needs our team had. The guy in the bar was so nice, kind, helpful and a hard worker. The daily breakfast was great and the team enjoyed the selection. The hotel is about 1 year old and it's in such a great location. Very close the strip (we drove to Mandalay Bay Every day and it was 7 minutes away). The strip is only about 3 minutes drive. What we loved about this hotel was the safety for the girls to roam around the property, no cigarette smoke or casinos. Yet it was so close. Anthony was awesome and drove our team around in the 12 passenger van as needed. They had a nice Elkay water bottle refill station just off the lobby. The rooms were very quiet and we did not hear anyone during our stay. The shower was great, good light in the bathrooms, and AC worked very good too. Overall no complaints and we would love for our team to stay here again. A+ all around! Job well done Hilton!

The room was newer and nice overall. The bathroom door is a barn door that is too small on both sides. If the door is closed you can see in from both sides. The breakfast workers are awesome. The food not so much. The regular free continental breakfast at most hilton hotels is $15 here. They charge extra if you want a piece of bacon or sausage. In our three day stay the room was never cleaned. I had to get more towels each day from the front desk. Having diamond status is worthless here. I didn't even get the bottle of water at check in. Overall the hotel is nice but there are far better options.

Thank you for taking the time to share your review. I apologize if we failed on communicating the new Hilton Garden Inn breakfast in the past was complimentary for our Gold and Diamond members and now if a credit that can be used at the breakfast or the dinner/lounge option. We also only do service upon request or after a 4 night stay. I will share your comments with the team to ensure we are delivering this message to our guests. We hope you will return to the hotel to allow us another opportunity to serve you in the near future.

We were assigned to a ground floor dark roadside room- the bleakest I've ever stayed in though there were plenty of other available rooms. I went back and asked for a lighter room on a higher floor and we moved up to a less awful room. Why try to pawn off the dankest darkest room in the place to an older couple who'd requested "light and quiet." 2nd room was ok; food overpriced but edible; shuttle service good-- on time and quick; close enough to airport.

I have stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Las Vegas City Center two times since December 2022. The staff from the front desk, restaurant/breakfast and the managers are great. The staff was always friendly, polite and helpful. The location of the hotel can’t be be beat for those who want to be within about a 10 minute walk of The Strip without staying at a casino resort. The rooms are clean, well maintained and have lots of electric outlets which I love. I found the room to be well insulated from outside/neighboring room noise and the blackout blinds help you sleep in.

This is a very nice hotel with friendly staff. It feels new and modern and the parking garage was a very short walk to the front door. I like that it's not a casino so it's quieter and you can walk right to the elevators without having to run the gauntlet of slot machines!
