Great Staff. They made the stay fantastic. The hotel was clean quiet and in a great location. I-15 and I-215 are within a mile and there is a great Whol Foods at key near by with plenty of other options for food.
Would recommend this place to anyone staying in Vegas. Came to bowl the tournament and didn't want to stay at casino. Very close to South Point only 5 min drive. Very nice, very clean, good breakfast and great staff. Thanks for a great vacation!
Every staff member was very accommodating and amazing! The rooms were very clean and very quiet. There was some youth soccer teams there that when I exited the room were loud and having fun, but when I went back into the room I couldn’t hear them at all. I would stay here every time I visit Vegas if I could!
This hotel is rated so highly and I just didn't see it. I feel like tripadvisor led me a bit astray on this one. It was ok- no problems- but it was really just ok. First, if you're looking for a Vegas feel, this is not it- it's like in a strip mall area. I hate the strip and was looking for something far away, so I was happy with that but you should know that going in. It also doesn't have a huge touristy vibe (which again I was good with). Very high proportion of guests were guys working construction on part-time jobs, which I would prefer to many other Vegas guests but it again doesn't feel vacationy. Breakfast was ok- felt small in its choices. Our family was coming off another hotel in which the buffet was much better so the contrast hit harder. Weird little things kept coming up- like our window curtain wouldn't open- it had been closed with zipties at the top. No towels at the pool. No coffee cups for the coffee- things like that. So, those are like little complaints and again the place is fine. It was clean, it was off-strip which we wanted, it fit all five of us well. The pool was great- kids said it was heated really well and they spent some time in it. All the staff was really nice and went out of the way to help. So in all, we were looking for something affordable that fit all 5 of us and was safe and clean. This was all of that- so I might be slightly complaining about things I wasn't really looking for. I think also my expectations were out of whack, given the very high rating for it on Tripadvisor. So, no complaints but not a high likelihood I would return or recommend. It's overwhelmingly fine.…
We typically stay at home2suites when we travel so we’ve been to our fair share of them and we’re willing to spend $200+ for one night because we knew the quality that we usually get. I’m not one to write negative reviews but figured it would be good to share our experience. First thing was when we walked in it smelled like dog/pets. It didn’t smell clean. It was getting late and we had 4 kids who needed to sleep so we ignored it and got them ready. I started to get allergy issues (I’m allergic to dogs-I really wish they let you know that all the rooms are pet rooms). The fridge was super noisy all night which we got annoyed with. The breakfast we were bummed about based on our past Home2suites experiences. We typically choose home2suites for their breakfast options. The oatmeal had inches of water above it, no yogurt, no orange juice (not working which happens), and the sandwiches were still wrapped up making them soggy. We also like the small milk cartons that others provide. I know those sound picky but with little kids those are all things that help us make a decision on where to stay.…
This is our favorite place to stay in Las Vegas! We haven't been here for three years due to the pandemic and were happy to find this hotel as perfect as ever! The management and staff should be congratulated for the excellent standards they have set. We felt at home here as we have in the past and look forward to returning! The only issue was no change available for the laundry, some dryers not working properly.
Whenever my husband and I travel to Las Vegas we always stay at this hotel. As usual we had a clean, spacious room and towels were plentiful. The bed was comfortable. The full size freezer/refrigerator came in handy. I was especially happy to find the free breakfast was back to pre-covid variety. Once again I was able to have my hardboiled eggs and oatmeal with nuts and other assorted goodies. They also have fresh made waffles and pre-packaged items to go along with cereals, fruit, yogurt, and a variety of breads. We also like that as Hilton Honors members we always are given two bottles of water and a snack which always comes in handy down the road.
Surprisingly nice! Next to a Hampton Inn and a Hilton Garden Inn, it seems like these guys try harder. Receptionists were super friendly. Pool is heated and open until 10pm. Sheets are super soft. Room is fairly large and well equipped to heat or refrigerate food. Breakfast choices fairly limited but bottomless coffee 24 hours a day. Well worth the price. And they have an airport shuttle!
very new room and very well equipped, pet friendly, a few hiccups here and there but overall still good. walls are somewhat thin so can hear occasional loud footsteps from above and neighbor's dishwisher running. Staff are super friendly. Breakfast was alright, can't complain. the TV was a bit weird though, channels were jumping all over, cannot get to the channel i want, but oh well, who watches TV in vegas.
I had a good stay at this Home2 Suites in the south side of Las Vegas. The room was very clean and spacious. Everything was functional. The hotel was a short Uber ride from the airport, South Point Casino, and the Las Vegas strip. There is a convenience store and an Italian restaurant within walking distance. Next trip to Las Vegas I would consider staying here again.
