In my 40 years of staying at hotels, let me first say these are the friendlyist hotel staff I have ever met. Each one had a smile on their face and were really out to be sure that your stay was nice. The lady that fixed breakfast was checking on everything to make sure the temperature was just right. The room was amazing, clean and spacious, the beds and pillows comfortable. Flavor water was provided for when you came in parched from walking, breakfast was great and although there was no alcohol at the evening reception, the food was a great appetizer for dinner.

Although it's not an easy walk to the strip, my daughter stayed at the Paris and we were about a 10 minute drive from her hotel. The hotel was quiet at night and we slept really well. It was too cold to get into the pool, but there is a nice patio area that you can enjoy the outdoors and the pool did look fun if it would have been about 75 outside. There is a nice restaurant on site that is inexpensive and offers good food. My husband raved about the Asian Chicken wings and wished he would have gotten more.

Side note: I mentioned that my daughter and her friends chose to stay at the Paris. My husband and I did discuss that our room was more than half the cost, but was bigger, had more amenities and the staff at our hotel was nicer. Hands down if we ever come back to Vegas, this is where we'd stay.

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous. The staff and amenities are second to none. Big shout out to Melissa in the breakfast/reception area. Her courteous, approachable, and attentive nature made the start of a great vacation day. Her homemade cookies on Wednesday night are “the bomb”!! We will definitely be back as the pool is the best kept secret in Vegas. Please consider bringing back the shuttle to the strip as it’s been non existent since covid and the contract with the airlines (airline workers do get a shuttle). Thank you Homewood Suites for a great vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at Homewood Suites. We visited Vegas for an AAU basketball tournament and all our families who stayed here were so happy and comfortable with the property. The location is awesome being just off the strip, where you can see it and get to it easily, but not be in the mix, especially with kids who are focused on basketball. No "casino," no smoke-smelling air, just a new, clean property easy to get in and out with a parking garage just steps away. The laundry facilities and free breakfast were key as we were on the go, also grabbed to go bites from the Garden Grille in the sister property next door, made it super easy and affordable food prices with an extra discount for being a guest at the hotel. The wifi was quick, beds comfortable and just overall great accommodations.

Also, thanks to Adrian for the surprise snacks and goodies… my kids think it’s so cool. They also really like Larry who was very helpful after a long day of travel delays and issues, he turned our day around when we arrived. MY 9 year old says it was his favorite hotel and we must stay there for future Vegas trips and always a Hilton!

My family and I stayed here for 1 night while we were passing through Las Vegas. We found everything here that we normally expect at all of the other Homewood Suites we have stayed at in the past - pet friendly, a convenient location, a nice clean large comfortable room with a full kitchen, and a hot breakfast spread with many different choices. The hotel location is across the freeway behind Aria hotel but we did not hear any noises from the freeway that kept us awake at night. The parking fee was $10/day and a room key was required to access the parking garage and to enter the hotel lobby which gave us some sense of security although we didn't see anything alarming around the area during the brief time we stayed. The pool and hot tub were outdoors so we did not try using it since we were there in Dec. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay at a pet friendly hotel in Las Vegas.

This is the most unwelcoming and unfriendly hotel I have ever stayed at. If you’re looking for a clean, spacious room, you got it. As long as you never need to stop by the front desk, you’ll be fine. If you don’t mind being treated like a nuisance instead of a guest, then you’ll be fine. If customer service, or even the least bit of cordiality is important to you, then don’t stay here. Katerine is very unhappy in this job and it shows. The rest of the front desk are no better. They act like sulky teenagers and you are the annoying parents. Management, how is it acceptable to allow all of them to behave like this? They need serious training on customer interaction.
Homewood Suites is my favorite of Hilton brands, because of their 2 bedroom suites and breakfast each morning. We were in town to move our daughter into UNLV, so we will be coming back to Vegas a few times a year to visit. Our poor experience began right at check in and it was so unpleasant, it just left a cloud hanging over the entire stay. We will never stay here again, not when there is an abundance of properties in Las Vegas that provide an excellent guest experience all around.

My wife and I stayed here for a week at the end of January. She was in town for work while I tagged along to play. Last year, we stayed next door at the Hilton Garden Inn. This year we decided to try the sister hotel next door and are glad we did. You get more bang for your buck at this hotel than the HGI. Breakfast bar is included with your room and the rooms are larger, more comfortable than HGI. Hot breakfast each morning with a variety of choices for meat, eggs, potatoes, etc. each day along with pastries, muffins, yogurt, fruit, cold and hot cereals, plus several juices and hot coffee. All prepared and served with a smile by some of the most friendly and courteous hotel kitchen staff I have ever encountered.
Dre was one of our most favorite employees we met and had a chance to speak with almost every day we were there. The entire staff - front desk, house keeping, food service - were some of the best hotel employees we have enjoyed meeting anywhere we have stayed. We received daily text from the front desk asking how are stay was going and if we needed anything.
One of the best things about this hotel is it's location. Very quiet, you wouldn't know you were right next to the interstate and a block away from the Strip. Dean Martin Blvd. is a great alternative to beat the traffic of I-15 or the Strip. Several dining options close by as well as other hotels and casinos.
Can't think of any negatives about this place other than we had to leave.

The hotel is located on the other side of the highway so accessing the strip by foot is not the easiest or shortest thing possible. It is quiet though and not far from other fast food stops which our family enjoyed (ie In N Out). THe hotel feels very new and I found it to be spacious and well appointed. The parking structure is directly across from the hotel which is convenient as its not a far walk at all.

Overall our family of 5 was happy with our stay, the breakfast offering in the morning (standard Homewood Suite menu) and the location was convenient for our needs. I'd certainly consider staying here again as an alternative to the crazy prices the hotels on the strip can charge at times.

We love this hotel! The gorgeous pool, the well balanced fitness room, scrumptious complimentary breakfast, Wednesday evening meal fit for a King, and the landscaping around this property is just beautiful.

The staff is friendly, helpful, and wants to please. Thank you Dre (front desk) for entertaining and informing us over our favorite sport-Basketball!

With that said, we did notice some areas that lacked some attention.
-The hotel is operating on one super slow elevator. The second elevator was still inoperable for the ten days we stayed.
-During our stay , the pools hot tub was out of order for three of the 10 days. Maybe this out of the hotels control if hotel guests are responsible.
-We don’t come to Vegas to drive a car, but we love the walk to the strip to get our daily step count. The concern: how can we make this walk safer as the homeless situation has worsened. They haven’t caused us problems yet, but some obviously have mental health issues. Possibly schedule some hotel shuttle trips to the strip? An Uber to Aria is currently $10 each way (that does includes tip).

All in all this is still one of the best places in all of Vegas to stay with no resort fee. It may be the only property in Vegas that doesn’t require the ridiculous resort fee and a complimentary breakfast. Please keep this policy going. Also, please keep the 20% discount for Homewood guests to walk 30 steps over to the Hilton Garden Inn restaurant. The food there is outstanding and the severs are even better. It’s our family refuge after a long day of walking and shopping.
Our thanks to everyone there who made our trip another memorable one!!!!

We booked this for our return journey to LA through Las Vegas. The suite was perfect for our family of 5, with 2 queen beds in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge. It also had a kitchenette. The one draw back is it is 20 minute walk to the strip, however, having stayed on the Strip previously we were happy with the location. Parking was very easy and $10 a night.

Breakfast was excellent and the pool area large enough for 20-25 to enjoy, while still having space. For dinner we drove to a restaurant away from the Strip and needless to say the cost was significantly less. We arrived on a Wednesday night and were able to enjoy free snacks as part of their 5-6:30pm social night for guests.

This hotel was easy to access from the freeway and we would definitely use it again, as you certainly get more for your dollar on Dean Martin Drive!

We were treated with total and utter disregard and disrespect during check in. The clerk, Deserey, who was at the front desk, would not look up from her computer screen to acknowledge our presence. When we reported this to the on-duty manager, Jules, he responded by stating that he wasn't sure if the clerk treated us in this manner because he was not at the front desk at the time. With no apologies offered, Jules then told us that housekeeping would not service our room during our visit. He then assigned us to a room where the entire toilet seat dismantled when my husband lifted it. Also, the shower was not cleaned during our entire stay. However, long blond hairs were on the shower floor when I took a shower the first night, and one made its way into my food while I was eating. Also, the bed sheets were on the bed inside-out, which means they may not have been changed before we checked in. Maybe the housecleaning staff took a short cut and just flipped the sheets on the opposite side. Jules and the clerk would not honor the rate, which we had selected during the time we made our reservation. However, when I looked at our checking account the next morning, he had charged us nearly $1,000 for a three- night stay, that should have cost a little more than $560.00. Please know that it is highly unlikely that we will stay at another Hilton property because of the horrible experience we had at this property.

Thank you for taking the time to share your review. We truly apologize that the stay was less than satisfying and also wanted to address some items you had mentioned. There was no mention of cleaning concerns when the FOM, AGM or GM spoke to you and only mention of the Government rate booked without the Government ID. With the rate change the credit card was authorized additional as the Government rate was changed due to not having the proper ID for that rate. The hotel did whatever we could to accommodate you here at the hotel and hope you will reconsider staying with the hotel in the near future.

There is no shuttle to the strip. We used Lyft which cost would vary depending on where you are getting dropped off. We didn't feel it was too expensive since the hotel is near the strip.
