My daughter and I were in Las Vegas for soccer tournament and chose the JWM because it was close to the fields. The hotel was nice, clean and the staff were helpful and very friendly. There's a small casino on the property which came in handy one night. I did like that you didn't have to pass through the casino...

I've been to Las Vegas several times before but had never stayed at the JW Marriott property. I found a good promotional rate online through the Marriott website and decided to give the JW in Vegas a try since I'm a fan of their property in Atlanta. I knew the hotel was located off the strip but I didn't realize...

Thank you for taking the time to leave your candid feedback. I'm very sorry that we fell short of your expectations, during your recent visit. In particular, your feedback on self-parking options. I am sorry it was not a painless process for you. As a 50 acre Resort, we have 3 entrances, and all of them are staffed by valets...

This was the first JW we have ever stayed at and we were not disappointed. The service was unhurried and friendly, the room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very nice with lots of choices and seats with views of waterfalls. The waterside cafe had limited choices mainly to serve those who are using the pool. Lots of...

This is probably one of the nicest hotels that I have ever stayed at in my lifetime. The rooms are luxuriously big, beautiful, and welcoming. The smallest details, from the fridge to the ceiling fan, make my stay comfortable and I often look forward to a good sleep. Beds, pillows, and bedding are very comfortable. The bathrooms are clean, spacious,...

Reservations were screwed up. Ok maybe not there problem due to the nationwide reservation center setting it all up but the response from the manager saying" we have no solution to your problem" is unacceptable!! I have a solution, you get fired!! The staff all around is very rude and unaccommodating. The hotel needs serious upkeep. light bulbs out, furniture...

Thank you for your recent visit to our Resort and taking the time to leave your candid feedback. First, I want to apologize that we fell short, in the areas of service you would expect, with room reservations. Our goal is to always "lead" with a yes, and try to find solutions. I would welcome the chance to discuss this...

The JW is an excellent hotel ! We have been to ones on the strip but tried this out last year and it has become a Spring Break tradition with the family. Outstanding pools, great breakfast buffet, and large rooms! Also, very friendly service. We will continue to come back. Thanks for a great visit!

We love the hotel and come all the time just to get away. We always enjoy the food and rooms, but we come for the pool. Every time, the hot tubs are cool and are literally not much warmer than the pool. I try not to be a pest, but every time I ask if the hot tubs can be...

Thank you for your visit this weekend, and your very kind comments about our rooms, food and beverage and pool! We love to hear from our regular guests. Vegas travelers are spoiled and cheap when it comes to spending money on hotels. We had made arrangements for Sunday thru Sat travel at the Rio but still needed a hotel for Sat the 8th. With NASCAR in town, our selection was few. We found a room at the JW Marriott. Obviously it's more expensive than the other hotels and...

The property is located wa-a-a-a-ay out of town, so unless you arrive at a time when the shuttle service is operating ($30 one-way) plan on a spendy ($80 one-way) cab or limo fare to get to the property from the airport. The area is scenic, very safe, and recently developed, with a plethora of shops and restaurants nearby - but...
