I chose this hotel as I’m a Honors member and was expecting a discount. However, due to multiple events in the city every hotel including this one put their rates up by at least 50%. The property is older and away from most of the casinos and most night action. This is a plus in a way but a con because of the high pricing for the weekend that I booked. I was in a seminar in MGM Grand and if I had known this property was only 20% cheaper, I would have stayed at the Grand and avoided paying for rideshare twice daily. The saving grace was a good breakfast and I would like to recognize excellent service by Yari of the kitchen staff. She is constantly cleaning and refilling stuff for the guests. Coffee was authentic and really good.
Great hotel location, had a good experience. Hotel Stay was for a 3 day business training, which went well. The event center was very conveniently close and was a perfect size for the type of training we attended.
Great hotel in Las Vegas. The best hotel to go to a game at Allegiant Stadium as it's about a 10 minute walk. The check in process was simple and easy thanks to Thomas as the front desk. We had a blast doing what you do in Vegas. Thomas made our stay fantastic as we had a few questions while we were there. We can't wait to go back
Great experience from the moment I walked in. Reception made me feel welcome and special. Staff all around was pleasant. Breakfast was well done and staff (Marjorie) made an extra effort to assist with any breakfast needs. Coffee all day works for me.
EvaMarie was exceptional. She went above and beyond her duties as a front desk clerk. Her kindness did not go unappreciated. Our room was very clean when arriving. We had the fluffiest of pillows and the softest of blankets. 10/10 would recommend.
Evamarie and the entire staff was great and super friendly. Rooms were clean. It was close to the stadium and other restaurants. They need to do some work on the room next to me and called to make sure it was okay before working on the room next to mine. Great service.
The breakfast is a full spread of most every breakfast food; from hot to cold, you’re sure to find something to start your morning right. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Marjorie is friendly and welcoming; she greeted us each morning with a warm smile.
The room was clean and comfortable. They moved us to ground floor at our request with no problems. The breakfast was great , and Marjorie was fantastic. Her cherry and positive attitude was refreshing every morning. I was glad to have her positive energy around my food every morning !!!
perfect location, spacious rooms and comfortable beds, but what I liked the most was the breakfast lady; Yami is super helpful and charismatic; always concerned about satisfying us and always with a smile, I wish the world had more employees like her: a very positive vibe. Thanks Yami for your attention. regards from Sandra ,Camila ,Auke
Obviously updated--and quite nicely I might add--this Hampton has been here for years but I've always elected to stay on-strip. Having now tried this location I will say my on-strip days are over. This Hampton is a quick walk to the strip and offers a respite from the crowds, noise, and lights that bombard you on the strip. Steep was easy--I am still amazed at how quiet this hotel was over two weekend nights when the hotel was sold out. The rooms are good size and some even offer a great view of the strip. Yes, parking is paid, but it's minimal at $15. And, yes, this $15 SHOULD be waived for Diamond members and people paying will all points as it is at other Hilton's I've stayed at, but alas, it's Vegas--I lost $15 in minutes at the casinos so not sweating it here. The only reason for the 1 star deduction is the very overt way the breakfast staff asks you to write positive reviews--mind you, I was not asked to (dirty biker, I guess?) but all the tables around me were. Pandering for reviews should be beneath Hilton, as their quality should speak for itself, and anyone wishing to share will do so--as I am here. …
