I regularly stay at The Westin Las Vegas for work and it's so convenient to The Strip and Harry Reid International Airport. I'm fortunate to be able to travel in the hospitality industry and stay at really nice hotels too. Marriot bought out Starwood Properties including Westin brand hotels. So if you haven't already done so, download Marriot's Bonvoy App. Westin has a bar and restaurant called The Good Plate, a fitness center, Spa & Starbucks. There use to be a casino, but within walking distance there are many Casino Resorts all around The Las Vegas Strip. Hotel rooms are nicely furnished and somewhat updated, in-room safe, mini-ref, stand up shower, huge bathroom counter sink, and just recently the Heavenly Bed has been updated. I also love the fact that you can have access to your Netflix account via the television. The best part is that I get complimentary Self Parking and Enterprise has a rental counter right next to the hotels front desk!

Loved The Westin. First time staying at The Westin. As Bonvoy members we wanted to stay at a Marriott property close to The Sphere. It’s about a 15 minute walk from The Westin to The Sphere. It’s smoke free and a non gambling property. It’s close to the strip as well as to off strip properties for gambling and eating. The hotel is clean. The staff was friendly and very attentive to any requests we made. Can’t go wrong staying at The Westin. Will definitely return to The Westin when visiting Las Vegas.

First time here (usually stay at the Signature to get off the Strip). Happy with the switch & would definitely return. Room was very clean, odor-free, & quiet. Beds were heavenly. Appreciated a room with a safe & fridge. Our very early (& very quick) check-in was easily accommodated (with an upgraded room with a great view of The Sphere!) Loved the complimentary refillable water bottles (what a nice touch & souvenir!!). Took full advantage of our drink, dessert, & breakfast coupons. Wine at the bar could definitely use an upgrade, but the breakfasts & desserts in The Good Plate were great (& shout out to Pedro & the rest of the very on-the-ball, hard-working restaurant staff!) Starbucks right on site, & there's a well-stocked convenience store at the Shell gas station next door (if you don't want to pay $6+ for soda). Only 'complaint' was the way-too-loud music in the restaurant during the breakfast hours. The fact that the rooms show a bit of their age (a complaint I've seen from others) didn't bother us one bit. Too many 'plusses' to fixate on worn carpets!

Mylin at the front desk upon my arrival was 5 stars. We were able to check in even earlier than normal and she was incredibly welcoming and friendly. The Westin is a great hotel to stay at because it’s off the strip, close the The Sphere, and within walking distance of the strip. They threw in some extra drink vouchers too!

We stayed here while attending a medical conference at the Flamingo. It was such a relief to stay somewhere without a casino or smoking. The professional, friendly staff matches the lovely setting. We ate almost every meal at The Good Plate which was high quality and outstanding service. We had a couple of minor issues with our room which were unresolved, but the friendly and available staff were better than the Bellagio or the Wynn. We enjoyed every interaction with every staff person on-site, especially Brandon in the Hibiscus Spa.

Paul, valet was amazing!!! My favorite part of my stay was seeing him every morning. The best valet ever and a kind man. And we are both from NY! He was a huge help with all my needs for transportation to work Super Bowl for CBS! Highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed at the Westin after the last Raiders home game. Yami was super helpful while checking into my room. She took the time to talk to her supervisor and get me an upgrade with my Titanium Elite status. I look forward to staying at the Westin again next season!

Smoke free Las Vegas experience Westin Las Vegas is a fantastic property. Close enough from the strip. Rooms are very nice, not recently upgraded, but good enough. Property has on-site resturant and a central bar, right next to the reception. Property has heated pool for winter months and it's open. Very decent gym and walkability to near by places like Paris casino or Linq or beyond. As it's a hotel and not casino, it's a smoke free property.

A great, quiet (because no casino downstairs) hotel. The staff is friendly and super competent. Very good hotel restaurant. And a Starbucks in the hotel. Our occasion was to celebrate my brother's 70th birthday and for the brothers to hang out, and we had a ball.

Marriott Lifetime Platinum Member and many previous guest nights at this Westin Las Vegas Property. Do yourself a favor and choose a different hotel that values better security and has proactive management to ensure a quality, safe stay. During the SEMA automotive convention, I upgraded to a floor hotel room with suites. However, the doors close but sometimes do not latch completely. During my stay while sleeping in the room, someone entered and stole $1,500 worth of items only feet away from me. Fortunately, my wallet, cell phone, car keys and expensive headphones were left untouched on the desk and only the bag on the sofa was taken. Reported the theft and crime to the hotel management and security and filed a police report. The hotel offered no sympathy and informed me it was my fault for not using the secondary lock. I found two other rooms on the same floor that did not fully close and lock. As you can see from the picture, the door is not a dedicated secure doorframe but their is a fixed door plug which creates play causing the door to not securely lock. Although, this hotel is dated its convenient location was attractive. In past years, they had security on ground level monitoring guests coming and going. Now, they rely on an elevator key, and during busing convention times, it is easy for unauthorized persons to access room floors.
