The rooms were old and a little dingy. The casino is extremely crowded with tables and slots. It is difficult to get around inside. There are very few amenities. The majority of the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. We did have one fun blackjack dealer.

The location of Harrah's is wonderful. It is right on the strip and close to all the action. Harrah's employees and always friendly and helpful. We Love the Piano bar! Had the best steak, I have ever had, at Ruth Chris.

All they said at check-in was they were sorry but they were out of the guaranteed room that was reserved. Would not make any kind of amends. Would not drop the nightly rate or discount dinner or even give a couple free drinks. Room we got was worn out and in need of renovation. I would say to all reading...

I love staying here but I can never get a drink at the casino. Much better off just going over to LINQ next door. The food here is ok but nothing to write home about. The location is pretty central for all things on the strip

My room was clean, and quiet. This is the 16th consecutive year meeting my sisters for a little vacation. We prefer Harrah's because of the location. Traveling from the East we wake up early. Magi, who works the early early shift is awesome and ready to serve us our coffee's and Baileys!! We'll be back next year!! .

This was not my first stay at a Harrah's Property (loved the Flamingo) but there were just a few glitches. No coffee pot in room, really, I have to go downstairs for a cup of java to start my day or pay $12 for room service. Room, clean and neat. Air-conditioning went out after 2 days there (and at 2:00...

While the older towers have very mediocre rooms, the newly remodeled Valley tower has some of the nicest rooms for a mid-level Vegas hotel. We used the self check-in kiosk, and were assigned a Valley tower executive suite, which was not the room we had booked online, but it was still comped and a definite upgrade. Even the standard Valley...

I would not recommend. Had a room on the old side, dingy. Air conditioning didn't work correctly, smelled of smoke even though supposed to be smoke free. Hallway of smoking rooms connected to it. Reeked!!!!

“I rated the Value as Poor. The rooms were overpriced during my stay but we choose to book a room anyway since it was the preferred time for our family visit. Three weeks before departure a room at the Linq became available saving us a 1/3 of the total cost. As a result we choose to stay at the Linq and loved it. We still visited and played at Harrah's but did not stay on the property. ”

“Put coffee makers in rooms, refrigerators would be nice but can live without that. Have a sign for maids to not worry about making the beds ( didn't use them for long). Of course you always need towels and cloths, but not new sheets everyday.”
