My boyfriend and I stayed at this Hampton Inn location two separate times in the last month, both on our way to Wyoming on a National Parks road trip, and on our way home. I chose this location based on the price and the fact that Hampton Inn offers a free hot breakfast.
When we arrived, we were warmly greeted at the front desk. The lobby smelled very clean and fresh. I was given two free water bottles for being a Silver Hilton Honors member. The room had a sticker on the door, showing that it had been cleaned and sanitized with Chlorox.
Although this hotel sits next to the runway, we did not hear any airplane noise. We asked about having a runway view (my boyfriend is an aviation enthusiast) but were told that only the suites face the runway. That was ok. We could still watch planes land from the parking lot.
The breakfast buffet was not available due to Covid, but you could order what you wanted (from the choices that were available) and take it to your room or eat it in the breakfast room. The breakfast attendant was very friendly and let us know we could have refills on anything we wanted.
We didn't use the shuttle service, but we chatted in the morning with the very personable Jacque, whom I had read about in previous reviews. She lives up to the hype!

We had a very good experience at this Hampton. Quite close to airport, yet quiet overnight. I think the hotel has been renovated recently? And the room was quite nice with thoughtful touches- nice storage in the bathroom and a very nice and clean walk-in shower. Pump bottles with soap, shampoo and conditioner. Bed was comfortable and decent linens. We arrived after a long drive from Utah with a rental car which my husband returned ( just a 5 minute drive) and free shuttle pickedhim up and brought him backto hotel. We also signed up for a shuttle at 7 AMthe next day for our flight home. Note the shuttle runs 24 hours. Desk crew and shuttle driver were very nice. Note this is one of a handful of hotels who provide free shuttle to airport.
We ordered pizza and wings from a local restaurant that was recommended by front desk staff. Very good!

My husband always checks our hotel room for bed bugs before we settle in (and previously we never found any at a Hilton or Hampton property over quite a few stays, and we usually trust this company and book with them). I believe we were in room 232. My husband found a patch of about 20 black spots on the underside of the mattress topper (right bed in double queen room, right upper side of bed) that were consistent with bed bug fecal spots. We were moved rooms and staff did seem concerned and marked the room in their system to be checked out, I assume by a manager or pest professionals. We were moved to a room on the 4th floor. Did not find any evidence of bed bugs on our inspection so went to bed. However, when I woke in the morning, there was a fecal spot below where we had been sleeping and two small bite marks appeared on my hand. We were flying internationally out of the airport just hours later and staff were unable to put our belongings through their dryer so we had to spend our first day abroad just putting everything through the dryer so we hopefully didn't carry any bugs onward. Any hotel can get bedbugs, but it was concerning to me that it seemed to affect two rooms so far apart. And they didn't seem to have much ability to help guests who were affected (i.e. a dryer you could throw the clothes you slept in would be a start)...The staff was courteous, did make a note in their system suggesting they have a protocol, and did apologize, but I hope they checked these rooms out thoroughly and considered improving their current protocols since this was missed. It was a very stressful start to our trip (and with young kids in tow, we were already busy enough without this added stress)!

Decent place to stay before flying out. Just one night at the end of our vacation. Strong smell of cleaning fluids was overwhelming Good price. Very pleasant staff. Several places to eat locally. Convenient to airport. Shuttle to airport every hour.

We always love Hampton Inn and Suites but this one was possibly the best stay we’ve ever had. Friendliest staff ever- from desk to breakfast, and including Larry the shuttle bus driver. We felt so well taken care of. Room was absolutely spotless, bed and pillows super comfy, and the shower was a real treat (amazing water pressure and looked like it had never been used before- so contemporary and sparkling). The location is close to airport as well as everything else. Lovely area.
PS A few miles down the road is Round Table pizza… a total must if you are a pizza lover!

Let me start off saying that the front desk attendant Andy, was very rude, unprofessional, and need to learn phone etiquettes and professionalism. My husband and I flew in for a little R&R, we chose this hotel because we had stayed here before from a previous visit and the staff during that particular visit was GGRREEAATT, especially Jacuque the shuttle driver. But the staff that is there now is not really friendly or professional. Especially Andy, he was rude, a liar, he did not greet us when we walked into the hotel after being picked up by the shuttle driver who name is ED, he is a wonderful person and he also made our day after Andy had tried to ruin it. When we checked in the first room that was given to us was not the room we requested which was a suite the air conditioner didn’t work and it didn’t have a refrigerator or microwave. So we requested another room and was granted one and the room that was given to us was really what we asked for but the mattress was worn and uncomfortable, the carpet and couch was very stained and dirty; we were charged an extra fee for this. Also, Andy sense of direction was not clear when we landed, retrieved our luggage has instructed we then called the hotel for shuttle Andy told my husband to go to the rental car location and wait after doing so. My husband and I waited in the HEAT for about 20 minutes until a rental car personnel informed us that we were in the wrong place and told us where to wait. We called the hotel back and told Andy of his misinformation and asked him again where do go to wait for the driver so waited in the spot and the driver returned to pick us up and take us back to the hotel. This hotel compared to the other Hampton Inns that we have stayed at really needs to step their game up.

Stayed here just one night before leaving for a Northern Arizona road trip. Shuttle service picked us up for a midnight arrival, and front desk was very welcoming and friendly in the wee hours of the morning. Room was clean, shower was warm, and bed was comfortable. Wore earplugs for airport noises. The staff working breakfast was the most attentive I can remember encountering in a long long time. Waffles, bagels, etc. - all good! Recommend.

Horrible Customer Service, employees are very dismissive and disrespectful. Phone and counter service were horrible. No people skills whatsoever. Online shuttle says every 30 minutes, girl on the phone says old us to catch a Uber the shuttle is a courtesy

Long trip home and stayed at the Hampton Inn to park our car and stay a night. Called the hotel and the shuttle picked up right up. Driver very nice. Arrived at Hotel (clean lobby) check-in was easy and when we arrived to our room it was very clean and we made a cup of coffee right away. Breakfast was served from 6-10am and was great. Scrambled eggs, Sausage, and Potatoes, waffles and cereal was also available.

I believe the shuttle's first run was at 4:00 a.m. Please call the hotel's front desk to confirm as I am not sure of the hours--they may have changed them.
