Service 5/5 - The staff here is very friendly and cooperative. Room service also cleaned our room very well. Value 5/5 - Very worth it for its price! Cleanliness 5/5 - The place is very clean and the design is sleek and modern. Room 5/5 - The rooms are spacious and comes with everything! Overall 5/5 - Would stay here every time I’m in Las Vegas.
We stayed here for our wedding week in Vegas. This is an excellent hotel just off the Vegas strip. We stayed in a 1 room suite, which was very spacious and clean. Our flight to Vegas got changed multiple times by the airline causing us to arrive well before check-in time, but we were still able to check in early (10:30 AM). There is an outdoor pool, a poolside bar/quick eat, a bar, restaurant, and gift shop all on location. It is also very easy to order room service (online menu, just click what you want) and they are very fast with the orders. The only negatives are the maid service is not automatic (you must call for it) and the kitchenette has no utensils/dinner ware (you have to call for that as well).
This site used to be flawles & we choose this resort over others for many years until now. I have been hesitating for a few days (out of a week stay) writing a mediocre review since I have been a fan to this resort for so many years. Staff services are still unbeatable but not the room. We arrived in our one- bedroom suite supposedly with full kitchen. Somehow Trump implement a policy where you have to call to have what you need to send to your room by request. In my case, kitchen tower paper, washer detergent, scrub pad, wine opener, knives( they sent us only one), cutting board, soup pot, etc were requested. In the past, these items are in kitchen ready to be put to work. TVs are extremely old timers. We have asked to engineers to adjust the color & darkness a few times before issues got resolved. The biggest no no is the wi-fi, especially for our one week of working/ leisure. Wi-Fi is constantly down and downtime is often over 1 hour. I hope Trump with an upscale hotel reputation can quickly fix or improve these issues to sustain still good images. From a fan, used to be...…
I stayed here for 3 nights in November. Check-in and check-out were easy and painless. All the staff around the hotel were really nice and helpful! When staff greet you with a smile and a "good morning" it really just makes your day. The location is a bit off the strip but not too far from the action. The room was incredible. It was spacious and the bed was quite comfortable. The bathroom was huge and the shower was perfect. If you want a nice hotel without all the commotion of a casino, this is the place to be. It's also conveniently located across from the mall which is nice if you need to do some quick or not-so-quick shopping.
Everything looked great EXCEPT THAT I had to telephone the Reception four (4) times just to request for some staff to come & help me set up the sofa bed for my room partner. The sofa bed frame was so heavy for me to lift up & open. Otherwise I would do it myself because it took too long to get help from Hotel Staff. It was quite annoying because it was getting so late (1am) and we just wanted to get some sleep after a long 6-hour drive to Las Vegas. It was quite frustrating that we had to …. wait too long while getting asleep then had to telephone the Reception again and again keep asking for help.
With this being our 15th visit in 20 years, we thought we would do something different. This hotel exceeded our expectations by a long way, the quality of room cleanliness and overall presentation is excellent. Fantastic position in the middle of the strip so access to Fremont street is good and taxi waiting minimal. Would I recommend it hell yea and it was very reasonably priced..Now the down side it’s right next to the railway line and those drivers like a honk at specially at 4am bless them and the in-dining we thought was a bit steep to yoghurts and orange juices 60 dollars but I guess that’s the whole of the USA at the moment…
I like this place as its just off strip, great rooms, non smoking and best of all, no casino in the lobby! Valet parking is free and efficient, ony downside is $35 PER NIGHT RESORT FEE, PLUS $4.68 RESORT FEE TAX. Leaves a VERY bad taste in the mouth, and the "free" WiFi is then v slow, but you are invited to buy (for nre mobey) a faster service (so what are you getting fitted resort fee?).
We really enjoyed our stay at Trump International. We booked a standard king room which was huge and had a beautiful view of the strip. Super comfy bed and lovely large bathroom. The kitchen area was very useful and we used it to cut down on the costs of eating out. The bar was relaxed and we enjoyed cocktails there. It was great staying in a hotel without a casino as it always felt calm to come back to, and the lobby area is decorated tastefully with a mix of bling and fresh flowers. We found the staff to be friendly and efficient for the most part, particularly the valet and front desk staff. However we found the housekeeping in the room a bit hit and miss - one day they didn't clean the room at all. Plus there were lots of things missing from the room such as gowns, kitchen equipment and door signs. They should have been there but instead we had to keep asking for things and wasting money on tips. So, 4 star review based on that. Otherwise I think it would have been perfect.…
The Hotel is well maintained and offers a great view of the city on one side and mountains on the other, Had booked a corner suite and it was excellent. Offers Valet Parking, The pool area and gym is good
We have been many times to this hotel for the location, the suites and everything else. The only downside is the valet parking. They are really nice but so disorganised it is mind-blowing. You can wait 20mn for your car during weekends. A trick? Maybe. Park across the street at the fashion mall. Apart from this very annoying thing, this hotel is perfect if you want to be one to the strip but not in a casino
