So the essentials were fine. Beds and room were clean, pool was warm, continental breakfast was adequate. What really irked me is that their website says, "you can access our two private beaches" but what it doesn't tell you is that it costs extra...$32 extra for my family! I've traveled plenty and done plenty of research prior to traveling, and...

We booked this inn based on the proximity to a wedding we were attending. I am so glad we did. It is very quaint, clean and comfortable. Very reasonable rate too ! I would definately recommend this place.

Room was cold, and it was snowing out. Only a little wall heater to warm a large room. Asked for a wake up call,,,they do not do that. No alarm clock in the room,,,loaned me one that did not work! No carpet or rug on the cold floor! Key without a keychain! Easy to loose!

We booked this little place for a two day ski trip because it is relatively cheap and it is in incline village. The hotel set up reminds me of Day's inn or equivalent except the decor is nicer. They are going for the woody cabin feel and succeeded. We were told our room was upgraded so it is a little...

After reading the reviews on Expedia we were expecting a rundown 3star motel. We chose it so that we could be right in Incline Village and walk around. We were so pleasantly surprised to find the exterior nicely redone with hardi board and pine trim. The room looks new with "Northwoods" decorations: bears, pine trees and fishing poles. Our king...

We stayed here for only one night, but I wish it could have been more. We actually booked for two nights, but because of the snowy weather we weren't able to arrive on time. They charged us for only one night, without us asking for it. I believe this is a nice gesture and we're thankful for that. That said,...

Property is extremely clean, rooms are spacious and staff is friendly. Will definitely come back and will recommend to my friends. When in Incline or on the north shore, there is no need to pay outrageous rates at Local Casino.

Great hotel, clean, comfortable beds, helpful staff. Over all great staying. The only thing I would probably ad would be area rugs in the bathroom/shower. The floor was cold as it is tile. Breakfast was good, nothing fancy but gets you going.

Vert clean. Very friendly employees. Not the best location if you want to hit the casinos. However there was never any traffic getting into the hotel and there was ample parking. All in all we had a good stay and would not mind staying there again

Large room, lovely decor, great service, great location. What's not to like? My only quibble; the first room they put me in faced the parking lot, where everyone could see into my room unless I closed the drapes. i called & requested a view room, which they happily switched for me for an extra $10. Still a bargain. Great for...
