I've driven past Whiskey Flats for years...while traveling for business. Now I'm retired so I decided to try it out when driving down to Prescott, AZ. It is at the halfway spot, so it worked out...but it was much better than just being convenient. Friendly staff...great flat pads for parking...nice showers and bathrooms...sat cable TV available at no extra charge...

We arrived to a nice, if rather abrupt welcome, were given everything we needed to settle in for 2 night stay. After 10 days in Yosemite it was a pleasure to back where the phone, wifi and TV all worked. The sites concrete and level and just the right size to accomodate our rig. We stayed for 2 nights and...

The experience at this park was very enjoyable. The staff that checked us in was very friendly. I will definitely stay here again. There are several stores close by that could be walked to in a very short time.

Stopped on for one night without calling ahead. Easy after hours check in. Grabbed the first level, paved spot available. Third one in, easy pull-through. Hook ups were a snap. Over the air TV available, didn't try the cable option. Price was $38 for the night. Reasonable. Shower area (code provided) was clean and easy to use. We don't travel...

No matter if you are driving north or south this is a very nice stopover. Although the park is gravel, the spaces are concrete. The showers are very clean. The park looks like it is used more for one night stops, with construction workers in the area also using it. I would not hesitate stopping here again.

We were on our way to Reno and made an overnight stop here. While it felt like we were in the middle of nowhere, this was a very nice and well kept RV park. Spots were level and had cement pads for your RV,

Nice RV Park! Level, clean with full hookups and all were pull thrus.. Next to a supermarket which was convenient. Walker Lake is a sort and easy drive and the real reason for traveling to Hawthorne unless you're military. Wireless internet was intermittent.

This place is well kept. The owners take great pride in the campgrounds. Level pads and easy pull threw. Not much to see in area but great overnight stay. Everything was very clean. There is no pool. I would stay here again if passing that way. Food in town was also good. Just home town cooking. Don't pass it up...

A beautiful well maintained park with amazing mountain views. Though we just planned a one night stopover we liked it so much we decided to stay an extra night. 50amp full hookups with concrete slabs and gravel. Highly recommend!

First time here.Beautiful new park outside ofHawthorne, Nevada headed North. We are in a 42 foot motor coach with a 24 foot enclosed trailer. So a little long for their 60 foot pads/ site, but we fit. May be a little tight getting out, but if you are shorter than we are, no problem. Beautiful views, close to Safeway, McDonalds...
