I stayed for several nights while working nearby and it couldn't have been a more welcoming and homely place to come back to in the evenings. Helen and Bob's hospitality surpassed anything I have experienced before, they simply couldn't have been more helpful or welcoming. The breakfast was the best I've experienced at a B&B before, with proper porridge, fabulous... More

Helen & Bob offered us afternoon tea upon our arrival. Made us feel write at home and even helped with our horrendously heavy bags up the winding staircase. Made a booking for dinner in Kinross and treated us to an early morning cooked English Breakfast, our last, before leaving for the airport and home. Fabulous hosts, fabulous place full of... More

Thanks for the review and kind comments; and hope that your trip home went smoothly. Loch Leven and Falkland are both worth a visit and their links with Mary Queen of Scots adds to their historic interest. We hope you return soon. More

Only been home a day and already recommended Dalqueich to my friends. From the pot of tea and cake when we arrived to the most wonderful breakfast. You could not ask for more helpful hosts. The room was well equipped with tea, coffee etc and the bed very comfortable. The en-suite though small, was perfect with an excellent shower and... More

We only stayed one night and wished we'd stayed longer. Bob & Helen looked after us so well, they are the most welcoming hosts and make the best breakfast - not even complaining when we asked if it could be served at 6.30am on a Sunday morning. We will definitely be going back (without an early morning triathlon to get... More

Thank you for the excellent review. Compared to the stress of competing in a triathalon, providing an early breakfast seems pretty trivial! We were, and still are, full of admiration. Hope to see you again. More

I have visited Bob and Helen's fantastic B&B a number of times and every time the experience is wonderful. The warm welcoming atmosphere with a caring approach from them makes the visit more comfortable and relaxing. The fabulous 'Big Breakfast' sets you up for the day and what's more it's a selection for all.

Thanks for taking the time and trouble to post a review; especially as you have been here before (having a relatively high number of returning guests understandably tends to reduce the number of reviews that we get!). Glad you enjoy the breakfasts - we try to offer a good selection. More

Absolutely fabulous hosts. We spent 9 amazing nights, and they went by too fast. Such lovely owners, unbelievable breakfasts and cosy rooms. They think of every tiny detail. We appreciated the personalised hospitality received at Dalqueich. The place only has 2 rooms so you are definitely not just another guest. This was our third visit and we will try to... More
