Our stay was horrible! The overnite guy was creepy as all get out. He was Very unprofessional...sharing information to guests that did not need to be said. The guest a head of me were complaining, when they walked away the guy made a gun pulling a trigger jester at them. There were 2 fires apparently during night with the coffee... More

I just stayed there for business in that area and it looks like it was a Clarion not long ago. The hotel is clean throughout. I would rate it as a Super 8 quality; there is no pool or spa working, and there are basically no frills. I'm not sure about those 'one star' reviews but my room was spotless,... More

VERY dirty!!! Not to mention rude!! The gentleman at the desk was annoyed when he had to hang up his PERSONAL call to get another guest a bar of soap!!! We had rented 2 rooms, neither rooms had soap either. When we seen how dirty the room were and mold in the fridge, man at desk became very belligerent about... More

This is a dirty disorganized hotel. Management does not have a clue about customer service. It is so unfortunate that such a beautiful and proud and dynamic community as Syracuse should have to be unnecessarily embarrassed by a hotel that does not deserve to continue in business.

This was a horrible experience!! We had originally asked for 2 rooms, as traveling with 2 adults, 2 teenage boys, and 2 Chihuahuas. We received a call saying we had been "upgraded" into a "Suite" because there was to be a police officer convention during the time we were to visit and they needed all the single rooms. We took... There's a lot to say. The food was cold, the rooms were grimy, the ac unit did not work, out dated electronic, ect. We originally got the hotel to get away from our town for a day and wanted to swim. There was a storm that might so they wouldn't let us, understandable, but the next morning they was to... More

We had come to town for a few days for a funeral and this was the closest place. There were stains all over the floor, the sheets were on inside out, the blanket was on the wrong way and was covered in cigarette burns and was ripped up, so we just took it off the bed. There was a broken... More

Cold food suppose to be hot, low on coffee, low standards here. Foreigners need to own smoke shops, not hotels! They don't know what Americans expect as far as cleanliness. Just go to the next town unless u have low standards. The bathroom shower had hair in it b4 we showered. I could go on and on but you get... More

200 words is not enough to describe the experience our whole family had for a block of rooms for a wedding this past weekend. I have NEVER heard more excuses about everything in my life. I had to switch rooms 3 times because the rooms were so bad. The last one was as good as it was going to get,... More
