Fantastic welcome from Helen and her mother, Moira. Authentic 18th century farmhouse but wiih all modcons. Bed wonderfully comfortable. Fantastic landscapes. Delicious breakfast. Was lonely leaving such a lovely family. Deirdre

Booked a double but got twin. Asked for Double - The two singles were pushed together and had two separate Single Duvets. We had to manage in one bed or else one of us was lying between the two beds. It was not comfortable. The towels were very poor & there was no Bath Mat. Breakfast was fine and the...

we hadn't booked and couldn't find anywhere that wasn't booked. The lovely lady was very kind and let us stay in her student Accommodation and we were very grateful. The breakfast the next day was very good. The surrounding area was beautiful but amenities were very sparse.

Stayed here for two nights during a short trip to celebrate my Mums 75th Birthday. Very well looked after by Moira and her family, excellent breakfast with a lovely comfortable room. Will definitely come back.

Our thanks to Moira for graciously letting us check in early so we could rest and recover from our jet lag and overnight flight. Having stayed at castletown house b&b. I found it to be great value for money.The rooms were very well set out and the beds very comfortable. The breakfast was deliscious. I would recommend this b&b. Very warm and pleasant owner. And so helpful
