We spent two nights at Three Bear Lodge and stayed in the Three Bear themed family room. It had two rooms - one with a single queen bed, and a bigger room with two queens and a baby bear toddler bed. There was one full...More
It's not a chain, but these folks have history in the town and it's on display in everything they do. Ample free parking in and around the hotel/motel complex--we booked a king room on the ground floor of the lodge. The room was quiet and...More
The weather was cold , wet and miserable but the Three Bear lodge was very accommodating. They have a outside pool but it was closed for the season. Fresh coffee and tea in the lobby. Staff was very polite and helpfull. The rooms were typical...More

I thought the accommodations were just fine. The room we stayed in looked just like the pictures and for me the bigger issue is that it was really clean. If you are looking for 5 star plush then this is not for you. But for me with my husband and kids it worked out just perfect. The only area in accommodations that they are limited in is there is not elevator. So you carry your bags to the second floor or you will need to request a first floor room. I also stayed in the lodge and did not go into the motel portion so I cannot speak to that. I also agree with the post above our breakfast was worth it - Get the Biscuits!
