I stayed here with my family during Thanksgiving. The rooms were comfortable, no frills, but clean and well kept. There was a small fridge and coffee maker in room and there was always coffee available in the lobby. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The free wi-fi was a definite bonus. We had a buffet style meal plan while we...

We stayed here in September 2014 to explore Yellowstone. It was very convenient, both to the park and many dining options in the town of West Yellowstone. Most of the in-park lodges are more rustic and don't offer wi-fi, televisions or air conditioning which were important to us and these amenities worked well here. We also wanted more restaurant options...

I wasn't expecting too much on west yellowstone because it is a small town. This is a not too bad choice because it's just 400 yards to the doorway of yellowstone park. The service is not bad. I went this hotel at early of May, it was snowing we have to stay at hotel all day. Restaurant of hotel wasn't...

Thank you for commenting on your stay here at the Three Bear Lodge. Thanks for mentioning our proximity to the West Gate-we are just two blocks! May is an ideal time to come see Yellowstone National Park because it is just before tourist season is in full swing. The rates are a little more reasonable, and it is possible to...

Only spent one night here at the end of the season, and I can’t wait to come back some day – if only Yellowstone wasn’t so far away ! I loved the Three Bear Lodge – it had a bit of character about it, and on top did all the basics well. Check in was quick and the front desk...

Thank you so much for commenting on your stay here at the Three Bear Lodge! We are so glad we could accommodate your stay from our housekeeping, front desk, and restaurant staff! Late September is a great time to come and see the park as the crowds are thinner, the fall colors are in full display, and the rates at...

The hotel has a great location, the only room they had was in an alleyway down the side of the hotel. We were a bit hesitant when we saw the access but the room was good and clean. It had a fridge and coffee maker and comfortable bed. We used the restaurant and had a nice meal, had to wait...

If you're looking for a hotel close to Yellowstone's west gate, look no further. My husband and I (and our 7 month old daughter) stayed here on our cross country military move. We explored Yellowstone and spent a night on the second floor of the lodge. The room was very spacious and very clean. We were impressed with the "mountain"...

We stayed at the Three Bear Lodge for one night in mid-October. We flew in to Idaho Falls, and I thought this was a good choice to start our Yellowstone vacation. It is wonderfully located about 1 mile from the West Entrance to the park (probably less than a mile). You cannot beat the location in West Yellowstone. We had...

Late fall is a great time to visit the park.... We basically had the place to ourselves and the Three Bear Lodge provided a great place for quick access as the west entrance is about a mile away. Our stay was after the summer season and just before the winter season so the rates were outstanding. We had a smaller...

Thanks for commenting on your stay here at the Three Bear Lodge! Coming to visit the park in October is usually an ideal time for our guests! We stayed during the winter and it was perfect. We had a great room and the staff was very nice. We took a snow coach tour into Yellowstone that left right from our lodge. The winter is a really beautiful time to stay in the area. The restaurant had good food.

Definitely the best place to stay in West Yellowstone. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. They all recognized us and spoke when we came through. The room was beautiful and very large.
