Stayed here for business for 2 nights. Hotel has no elevator or railing on main staircase. Hallways reeked of weed and cigarettes despite the hotel being smoke free. Found room to be filthy. Both beds were stained, bathroom was filled with mildew, soap scum and hair. Cupboard closet thing in room was broken, carpet was filthy and covered in crumbs.... More

Worst pillows ever. Otherwise nice and clean. Close to U of M. Very basic breakfast. Toast, cereal, English muffins. Swimming pool across parking lot in another building. McDonalds in same parking lot. Greek restaurant in same building.

Really friendly and informative check-in, thank you for meal recommendation. Love the big firm pillows, loved the late night swim and bubble (bit strange its across the road). Never had a room with a view of McDonalds drive in before, but it was clean, comfortable and in a great position for what we needed. Continental breakfast was simple but ticked... More

Friendly check-in staff, clean room, comfortable beds, powerful A/C. Breakfast was included with the room, which was also nice. And the location was convenient to pretty much everywhere we wanted to go in Missoula. Minor downsides: The wi-fi never worked for us; we didn't spend that long in the hotel so it wasn't a huge problem but was a bit... More

I stayed here 3 nights this last week. I had made reservations online at the suggestion of a friend. I arrived Friday at 3pm to check in. The host was friendly and gave me. Room in the pool building. She also said there was no wifi password. The room was clean, small tv (but I don't watch tv so that... More

Stayed here for a week with a friend who was taking a course and needed wireless. There was a network but it never once connected to the Internet. And the staff to a person shrugged and said Yeah, that's how it is. They also couldn't be bothered to replace the kitchen light or bring towels when we checked in.

Where to begin? I've stayed in motels all across the country, include the least expensive and most local kinds where you expect poor service, and this one is worse than the worst I've ever stayed in. When I called to make the reservation, I told them I was taking a class at the Univ of Montana and needed to be... More

This is the worst place I've ever stayed. I picked this place because it was walking distance to the Missoula Marathon bus pickup. I should have known there was a problem with it when it was the only available place to stay when I was booking a room. Although most of the people staying at the motel that night were... More

Trying to find accommodations at a reasonable price on Independence Day weekend is a tough call. Many places in Montana we usually stay had inflated their rates for the holiday, not unexpected. We wanted to stay in Missoula and this is what was available. Let's get to the "good" first... The room was dated, but clean. The staff (all one... More
