Our room was clean when we arrived. However, the second day of our stay, the maids only made one of the 2 beds. So that was odd. Also, a little creepy that the maids watch you come and go from the glass in the door of their laundry room area. Hotel was fairly quiet. I have stayed here several times before, but this trip was odd.

Stayed there twice, once for 3 days, then for 7 days. My boyfriend stayed there several times while helping my parents with their house and loved it. The staff and rooms are exceptional. Brandon was very friendly and professional checking me in. I brought a 3 lb. puppy with me a couple of days later, and he loved her. Met his wife Sarah {housekeeper} the next day to show her the puppy. She was great! Jack was fantastic for clearing the snow off my car and around it and sprinkling ice melt around it. He loved my puppy, too. The staff is fantastic. The room was wonderful {fridge and microwave and lots of room}, very clean and comfortable. Definitely intend to stay there again soon! Can't say enough good things about this place!

The hotel looks shabby from outside, we were really unsure about staying here. However, our room was very large, very clean and very comfortable. I slept really well. Lots of hot water, TV that works. Immaculate bedding. The check in clerk was lovely and helpful. We would stay again if we return from the UK

Expecting the minimum for a budget hotel, I was surprised. Kind of on the outskirts of downtown it is still pretty close to everything. It looked a bit old from the outside but was real decent on the inside. Clean room, air conditioning worked, plenty of hot water, fairly quiet, comfortable bed. Absolutely no problem and an excellent choice for a quick layover stay. Complaints - few. No in room coffee but coffee and muffins in the office. TV not a flat screen but worked. Engaging the shower took an engineering degree but once figured out, it worked great. No fridge in the room. But this is a budget hotel I would gladly stay at again. No problem here.

Booked two weeks in advance, put out in "The Annex" anyway - an extra building on the median across the street. Literally a box with eight extra units on blacktop in the median. Blankets smelled like old laundry/sweat. Dog smelled faintly like puke after laying on the carpet. Worst part - the clerk, "Bill." Either mental health issues or meth. "Bill" called my secretary and had me leave my convention, said I had an unreported dog in my room. I called back describing the receipt I was looking at that said "DOG APPROVED". Bill continued to be aggressive, attacking me because they'd failed to charge the extra room rate. I was standing outside my convention while this nutjob told ME to calm down, not to interrupt (!), demeaning me for his mistake - Bill won't give any management information either. Says there's a "Belinda", but would not provide a number for her, email address, or even last name - and said she's on vacation for a week. I left after one night. I love small motels, but should have taken the Holiday Inn for the convention here - Ruby's was booked. If you need to go to Missoula, and have a dog, go to Ruby's. Beautiful, peaceful, great food, no one on meth.
