We decided to take a last minute winter trip into Yellowstone and stumbled into this hotel online and decided to give it a try. Don't let the ordinary outside appearance fool you, it was great! Our room was very nicely appointed with plush linens, comfy bed, new carpet and flat screen TV with DVD player! The unit had a queen...

Great location, very pleasant and helpful staff, super comfortable bed and soft fresh linens. Two big flat screen TVs (one in living room, one in bedroom) both with Blu-Ray players (and an amazing assortment of movies for free from the office), and hi-speed Internet. The kitchen was well equipped to serve four and they had knives that actually were sharp...

Recently remodeled I was told, and super friendly, accommodating staff. Everything that you would need in the kitchen, and on site laundry. Also BBQ area which we didn't use in January! Walking distance to the local market. Two huge TVs, and only a very short distance to the North entrance to Yellowstone. Hope to stay longer next time.

We stayed here recently and cannot say enough good about this property- the rooms aren't rooms, they are actually like little apartments. You can tell that the spaces have been recently renovated, as they are immaculate. The kitchen was perfect for cooking dinner or reheating leftovers, the bathroom was great, and the beds and bedding comfortable. We have stayed in...

I can't say enough good about this place. Price. Location. Quality. Clean and modern. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. They really made you feel welcome. We arrived early and were able to check in; stayed a bit beyond check out with no problem. Admittedly, January is the off season for Yellowstone, but it's a great time for wolf observation. So, the price...

We needed a place before our trip in Yellowstone began and found an incredible place at the Yellowstone Gateway Inn. I booked on line and when we checked in, we were greeted by the friendliest person, Tyler. He offered a large array of blue ray DVDs to take to the room, accompanied us to the unit to show us how...

Very nice! Clean & Comfortable. Recently remodeled and has many well-thought creature comforts. Kitchen is well equipped with all the "right" items to make you feel at home. The Inn is located right in town & close to everything available in Gardiner, MT. We'll return for sure!

We did not expect much when we booked our room because we had heard that most places near Yellowstone were rustic - in a bad way. But this place exceeded all expectations. The rooms were modern, immaculately clean, and had plenty of space. The bathroom was recently redone, the beds were super comfy and the bed linens and towels were...

The lodging accommodations outside Yellowstone National Park can best be summed up as average to poor at best. However, the Yellowstone Gateway Inn is a true bright spot. We needed a quick overnight stay in Gardiner for an early-morning wolf tracking tour and with so many places closed for the winter and/or operating with reduced staff, I called first to...

My wife and I felt like we were back home but at home there are no grazing deer in the front yard. We had a real suite with a private bedroom and everything. We had a full kitchen with utensils and a dining table A 50" JVC flatscreen in the living room and a 42" in the bedroom. Someone wrote...
