This 19th century hotel went through some rough times before being beautifully restored. The room was smallish but had a modern bathroom. The hotel sits beside the Missouri River and the view from our room looked downstream with the river on the right and the small downtown on the left. Very nice. Our only complaint was that the TV was...

Unbeliably good food with excellent service. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Sit outside if the weather allows, it's a beautiful view looking right out at the Missouri river. A must see if your in Fort Benton. I will definitely be coming back to visit the Grand Union next time I come to town.

We stayed in room 202, corner room with view over the river. Interesting stories about the hotel. The room was lovely, spacious and well equiped. Big staircase up to our room. THe dining room has cute bar area, with wide variety of wines and beer. Wonderful dinner.. both lighter offering, as well as dinner options. Light continental breakfast included. Wished...

This hotel sits right on the wild and historic section of the Missouri. We loved watching the river and the geese. All the rooms are kind of small and tilty, so you might feel a little drunk, but we just loved the view and the charm of the old rooms. The beds are comfy, the bathrooms are modern and the...

Great rooms, beds and baths. Excellent food and drink. Super location in Fort Benton. Great staff. Built in 1882 and restored beautifully. The furnishings are superb. Located on the "steamboat levee" the hotel is central to wonderful walks both up and down river.

i had an opportunity to stay in this beautiful historic hotel in January which is not ideal tourist season. There were four of us in the entire place and the gracious front desk person filled us in on the unique history including the cowboy ghost! It was great. The hotel, built in 1882 has undergone renovation. The rooms are very...

We had a river view room and the view was very scenic. Our room was comfortable and the ambience of the room and hotel was elegant as well as historic. It was easy to imagine the frontier days and the time when Fort Benton was the hub for commerce and trade. We were quite enchanted with our stay in this...

We stayed one night in the Historic Grand Union Hotel. The hotel is beautifully restored with all our modern amenities. When making your reservation you have the opportunity to chose your hotel location and view. We chose a room overlooking the park and Missouri River on the third floor. Upon checking in we found the front deck staff to be...
