Dress for a variety of weather! Bring binoculars! Research the area so you don't miss something you wish you had planned to see. Plan for a return trip to catch even more of the beauty of Glacier! The Glacier Park Lodge has an amazing history...More

The rooms are very sparsely decorated and out-dated, but the lodge (and, obviously, the surroundings) is beautiful. Many Glacier Hotel definitely seemed nicer (although I didn't stay there, just visited the lodge). Both... More

I would strong suggest the Wing rooms. The Main lodge has lots of deficiencies, including no elevator and, lots of poor or no amenities in the rooms.
