A historical place for sure.........but very outdated. Rooms were very small and the bathroom was practically unusable, you couldnt turn around in the shower or bend down. Sink was right up against the shower door. Thank goodness it wasn't hot because there is no a/c - or TV. Nothing nearby. Too far from Glacier Park entrance. Wouldn't recommend more than... More

What can you say, this is one of the iconic Glacier Park lodges. The outside of the hotel and grounds are beautiful. The lobby is a cavernous, but still cozy with fireplaces roaring and puzzles/games on tables. There is interesting park and hotel history set up in the lobby. But the rooms are not worth $300/night. Our room was dark... More

We stayed at Glacier Park Lodge in June 2016. We had a multi-family group with ages from 3 to 70's. We reserved 2 rooms in the main lodge and the Golf House but could find very little information about the Golf House. So I wanted to give some information about it. The Golf House is a 2 large bedroom house... More

We love this lodge and its atmospher, we adore the lobby...but the problem here is the staff... We reserve a long way ago a King Deluxe and request view on mountain as we were here for 3 nights... We got at first try a room on parking lot and as we know the hotel ask for a change and it... More

What a wonderful and distinct lobby this lodge has! Very spacious, with fantastic views on mountains from a dining room and most of the rooms. The room was very basic, spacious and with a balcony, but with basic amenities. It has a heater which I really appreciated having available. It is quite dark in the room, but as I didn't... More

If you like to absorb history this is the place to be. But the reality of the age of the building means that your bathroom is tiny as it was added later. The bed was comfortable but the room was cold despite turning on the electric heater. The radiator with steam heat was not on. There was no refrigerator or... More

First off it is very difficult to book this hotel since the front desk is only operated 9:00-5:00 but we went ahead anyway since this is a historic property near Glacier NP. But since we couldn't get directions it proved hard to find as it is east of the park and we came out the south exit. But the worst... More

I loved our 3 day stay at Glacier Park Lodge. The lodge is classic American, and the Great Room is wonderful. There is a fire in the fireplace, and a long connecting hall where guests can sit and watch the mountains. Yes, you hear those in the hall and sometimes the next room, but it is quiet at night. You... More

After reading reviews we were reluctant to stay here but with little other options we chose it. Rooms are spartan and hotel faces the Amtrak stop (empire builder at 10:00 am) with beautiful grounds and mountains. Our room was on the 3rd floor in main building facing the trains. We never heard the train but did hear guitar player in... More

This is a classic hotel for National Parks. Lobby is spectacular. We had a room on third floor It was small, nothing fancy. Bathroom was small but functional. The buffet breakfast was very good if you get there early ( same as most buffet breakfasts). The dinners were a mixed bag.
