The name says it all- Out in the woods near Glacier National Park- Ryan and Christie Dunn have a great arrangement- Quite, well maintained, clean. EVERYTHING we needed was there- We stayed in the "Moose" Cabin right in the front and had a great visit!

We have stayed at the Reclusive Moose cabins twice in two different seasons and loved it both times! First time was in January of 2016 for a weekend of skiing in Glacier National Park, just the two of us. Second time our extended family visited from Wisconsin and we wound up using two cabins in August for a few nights....

We were planning on meeting another couple near Whitefish, MT and decided on a location. It didn't seem very busy, so we weren't worried the first couple of times we tried to casually contact them. Then, with about 4 weeks to go before our trip, we found out they were closed for the winter. We were scrambling to find a...

Our family had a wonderful time at the Glacier View Chalet (same owners, across the road from the Reclusive Moose cabins). Great setting, nice separation of main and second bedroom, and we loved cooking for ourselves and eating out on the porch. Best for 2 couples, or parents with 1-3 kids. We actually used the barbecue, but were so busy...

My husband and I stayed in the Trout cabin this September, and it was perfect. Although off the beaten path, the Reclusive Moose Cabins are in a perfect location from Glacier. The cabins are very clean and well maintained. The property also has a common area where you can grill and sit by a fire. We would highly recommend staying...

We stayed six nights in the Bear cabin and found it to be an absolutely perfect place to stay as we explored Glacier National Park. The Reclusive Moose is a quick ride from the Kalispell airport yet you feel like you are in a quiet and remote area of Montana. Our cabin was well appointed - it had everything we...

We spent four nights at the Trout Cabin and found it perfect for our needs. Cozy for two couples, but the layout gave us room to cook, enjoy some television and relax after days at the park. These cabins are very clean and look brand new, kitchen appliances are very nice and perfect for cooking your own meals. We also...

This cabin has two bedrooms, a sleeper sofa and a loft bed accessible by a ladder. The interior is knotty pine and there is a flat screen TV and internet access. The location is beautiful and only a mile or so from the Flathead river. Columbia Falls is about 10 min away for groceries or other shopping needs. Glacier National...

After at full day at Glacier, we arrived at Trout cabin near dusk. The porch light and an interior table lamp were left on for our arrival. We instantly felt welcome and at home. I still marvel at the cabin's construction, which communicated love through its meticulous attention to detail. The interior was cozy and comfortable. My husband, who has...
