Western Heritage Inn was excellent as the staff were very friendly. We were driving down from Alberta to go to Yellowstone and decided that Bozeman was a good place to stay the night. We booked on expedia and instead of getting a room with two queen beds, we got a larger suite. The breakfast was excellent and there was plenty...

I think a 3 star rating for this place is a bit high. The service was excellent but the rooms have not been updated since it was built. Bedding was a little uncomfortable and no elevator. Price was high when compared to more modern hotel.

We stayed in a 2 queen suite on the first floor. It was across from the hot tub (didn't use but looked nice). Comfortable beds, large flat screen tv, and 2 sinks with mirrors! That was nice for getting ready in the morning. Coffee was good, hot breakfast was great! I would stay again but not on first floor...loud thumping...

First off, please make note this hotel does not have an elevator! If you are on the third floor be prepared for a fitness challenge! Our bed was so old and lumpy. When we said something about our mattress, the gentleman at the desk said they were slowly changing the mattresses, had a few in the storage and would change...

We made a last minute booking on our quick trip to Bozeman. Pricing was fair, location was walkable to the little downtown area (1 mile or so) and room was clean and comfortable. Our only issue with the room was that it was on the third floor and there weren't any elevators- but we didn't mind lugging our small bags...

Stayed here for one night due to it being close to the airport and downtown Bozeman. Standard economy motel, nothing to highly recommend or detract. Clean, simple, helpful staff. We chose this place based on checking in after a late flight and leaving early next morning for Yellowstone. For our purposes it was adequate.

Stayed here a couple of nights while traveling through Bozeman solo; the staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were comfortable and quiet, and the location is decent (just at the end of the old Main St, a bit distant from the University but not too awfully far away). Breakfast is included, and it's the usual pre-fab motel fare,...

We checked in late in the day without a reservation and the staff were very friendly and helpful in getting us settled in a room and recommending places to eat. The Inn offers a wonderful service: free long distance telephone calls to anywhere in US or Canada. Much appreciated as we wished Happy Fathers Day to family members back home...

Very outdated, and old. The room on a surface level looked clean, but our son dropped a piece of ice on the floor, and we took a towel to clean it up and the towel was black!! Which made us looked at the bottom of our socks, we were disgusted!! The beds are hard and uncomfortable, the air would NOT...

Location was good and within walking distance of the down town area, but it's not in the heart of down town, so the hotel is quiet. The staff was nice and helpful. The room itself was clean and nice size. They have a good free breakfast, offering actual hot food - bacon, eggs, potatoes - in addition to your standard...
