Our room was all about trains including 50 year old Union Pacific Northwest literature and whistles. We were on the third floor up many flights of stairs, the only way up, just like when this place was built. I most enjoyed the impromptu tour of the restored bar and meeting rooms by clearly excited staff, hearing Lilly's story and about...

What a sweet place. It knocks my socks off: how clean and interesting the rooms are, how real and nice the employees are.... Three cheers fir the staff. The grounds are filled eith birds and medows and the start of spring. Its secluded, ronatic, and relaxing. Non crowded. Great sleep. Great healing waters. A unique place to stay steeped in...

This lovely, well maintained hot springs is more like a B&B than a hotel. All rooms have sinks, but most rooms do not have a private shower. The inn is under constant renovation, which does not detract from its charms. If you are familiar with Montana hot springs, the inn will not disappoint. Outdoor pool temperature is adjusted for weather...

Stayed overnight and while the room was pleasant enough, the breakfast the next morning was extremely substandard for the price I paid for the stay. The property itself has some very unsightly parts of buildings and really needs cosmetic work. Overall, it was just ok, but nothing special or unique. The pools are nice but should be coed at all...

Stayed here April 6-8, 2017. Had a very enjoyable and relaxing time. Loved the history and ambience of the hotel. If you are looking for a 5 star hotel this isn't it. If you are looking for a cozy B & B with good food and rich in Montana history then this is it. The staff was very friendly and...

I visited on a spur of the moment weekend to recharge my batteries. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They made me feel welcome, even last minute on a holiday weekend. The facility has a wonderful old Montana atmosphere. It is old but has been kept clean and renovated without losing its mystique. The bath houses are clean, comfortable,...

I love Boulder Hot Springs and have stayed here 4 times, bringing friends and family with me so they could experience this unique place. The people who work here are authentic, naturally friendly and genuinely helpful. I left my Kindle in the room and never realized it until someone called me about it being left behind. It was carefully bubble...

We've stayed at Boulder a few times over the years and mostly consider our experiences to be positive. That said, we have a better idea of expectations as Boulder is quirky...and all hot springs have a different setting. Positives: Mostly quiet despite being an older building, quirky rooms with various themes, clean, warm rooms (we've only stayed in cooler months),...

Dear Sarah, Thanks so much for all of your helpful feedback. We value comments such as yours since they help us to continually improve Boulder Hot Springs. Yes, we are sorry about the temperature of the outdoor pool. We purchased a new pool cover and this has helped a lot since the old one was not retaining the heat overnight....

Found the hotel on the MT DOT map. Looked it up online and tried booking online. The reservation system stated no availability for that night. Since it was Labor Day weekend and very rainy, decided to call directly. There were rooms available. In talking with another guest, discovered they had the same experience so if the reservation system says it's...

Boulder Hot Springs is truly a rare find in a beautiful Montana setting. It is a wonderfully unique and welcoming establishment, full of character and charm that is hard to find these days. I couldn't possibly say enough good about our experience. You just have to go and find out for yourself what a magical place it is. If you...
