I walked into the Cherry Tree Inn in Billings MT to secure a room for the night and world war III was going on at the front desk. The assistant manager and front desk clerk were SCREAMING at each other, neither even noticed me. I had heard they had done renovations to the hotel and was looking forward to a...

I have been staying at this motel for years. It has always been clean, comfortable and quiet. It is an older motel but this time I noticed that they had updated a few things. The carpet and bedding was quite new. The price is very reasonable. When I pass thru Billings this is where I stay.

Being a manager of a hotel I was very disappointed in customer service!!!! The front desk woman was rude and not at all friendly. The room overall was clean, but the sliding glass door was broken (unable to open), I went down and told her and her response was that they didn't have the wheels to put it back on...

My husband and I spent three nights at the Cherry Tree Inn, and it wasn't bad at all. The rooms are dated but clean. We were in town on business and were in the room only to shower and sleep. We found the room and bathroom to be very clean and fresh smelling. The bed was very comfortable, and deeply...

This hotel has had a good reputation with people who use the hospitals in Billings, but the quality has way down hill. I stayed there 5 or 6 years ago and it was nice and clean. In August 2014, my daughters and I stayed one night while on a historical site trip in Southern MT. The room needed a good...

This motel is in need of cleaning and updating. The carpet in our room had lots of STAINS on it. It cost to much. It was terrible. I have to have 200 characters for this review. I thought it would be cleaner since it is across from the hospital, but I was wrong. The lady behind the desk had a...

I stayed here and what a dump. The staff was rude and the rooms are filthy. I would not recommend this to anyone. You'd think it would be more cleaner for being across from the hospital. shame shame shame.

I stayed here after visiting the site of the Battle of Little Bighorn. It was a safe, clean, affordable hotel that is located downtown. The hotel is a bit dated, but this is easily forgotten by the time you get settled in.

A friend recommended this hotel which is near the hospital in Billings MT. I am traveling with my dogs and wanted an inexpensive but clean motel. The Cherry Tree Inn is just that. Nice clean room, no pet fee, free wireless and the price is definitely right. There's a free breakfast and free popcorn is available. It's a little old...

Cherry Tree was a nice cozy place to stay, yes there was a spot in the room that needed repair, but you had to look for it, and although the Wi-Fi was sketchy, the room was very comfortable, and the all the staff were very friendly to us,and our pet. FYI: you have got to meet Harry, very friendly dog....
