Val di Boccio is truly up in the hills, but is well located for trips to Gubbio and Assisi, both towns, especially Gubbio, beautiful "symphonies" of Travertine stone (a white or reddish limestone). Be sure to check out their herd of donkeys (about 20 of them). We stayed in September 2016 for two nights. The room was clean and well...

We stayed for 4 nights with a group of 8 people. All of us were extremely enthusiastic. Splendid location, good comfortable rooms, superb meals, exceptionally welcoming and helpful hosts. If you go to this part of Umbria, Val di Boccio should be top of your list.

We traveled as two adults with three children, ages 4 and 13. This place is a gem. The Umbrian pace is very slow and full of peace but there is a large beautiful (and very clean) swimming pool, and a ping-pong table near a toddlers play park. There is also WiFi in the common game room, just in case you...

We stayed for 4 nights after reading a review in a UK newspaper. It was a little tricky to find but once installed, we were very impressed. The farmhouse is warren like with a restaurant in the basement and a selection of rooms and spaces available to use including a kitchen/dining room, sitting room, veranda, as well as the pool...

Good evening, thanks for the nice comment that you have written. We are glad that you had a nice holiday in our house. We would like to remember that we provide cleaning service and towel change daily, but the service is not included in the rate base. For bookings of one week, is available one cleaning at no additional cost....

My wife and I had a wonderful 2 day stay...great room and as everyone says wonderful breakfasts and dinners..we could not havn been more happy. One thing no one mentions is that Lucia speaks no English and Massimo about 10 words,..so it is not possible to find out from them the history of the farm or interesting and out of...

Thank you for spending a few days in Val di Boccio, it was a pleasure to meet you. We do not have internet because we are not achieved by any signal but from next year we will be covered and we will finally have internet (Massimo could not be connected to the Internet in Val di Boccio). Our English is...

We stayed overnight at this idyllic farmhouse en route from Pescara to Tuscany. The owners were delightful and most helpful. The food was the best we have had during our two week stay in Italy, home cooked and very tasty. We stayed in the Rose room which was very rustic and most comfortable. The peace and quite of the place...

We have just left Val di Boccio having spent a wonderful week there. I have never been inclined to a place a review on trip advisor but I feel compelled to do so after such a wonderful week. Lucia and Massimo's hospitality was wonderful. We have been coming to Italy for over 15 years and Lucia's pasta is probably the...

We stayed at this Agriturismo a couple of weeks ago in July 2014 for one week. All you see on the pictures on their website is true. The farm is situated in an amazing countryside of green hills wherever you look - very peaceful and quiet. We are a family of four with two young kids and stayed in the...

This beautiful set of buildings looks out on a remote and peaceful Umbrian valley. The interior is oldy-worldy and charming, and yet there is every modern convenience - including the largest swimming pool I have seen in a country hotel, perched on the top of the hill. Most impressive of all, however, were the hosts, Massima and Lucia. They run...

Our experience was even better than all the reviews we had read. Massimo, Lucia, and their staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable even though we don't speak Italian. Everything was wonderful, the room and the pool are fantastic. The dinners were amazing!! We were happy to be offered seconds(and thirds) They were some of the...
