What a wonderful holiday. The cottage is so comfortable with everything you could wish for with a really friendly welcome from Wyn and Ian. We have had several holidays here and are always sad to return home. The scenery, walking and wildlife are superb.

We have just returned from a weeks holiday at Brockscar Cottage. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and had everything we required. Wyn made us a cup of tea as soon as we arrived and made us feel very welcome. They were both most helpful and welcoming. The location is peaceful with lovely views around. We enjoyed a lovely week there,...

We have just returned from a week at Brock Scar cottage. The cottage is very comfortable and very well kept. Plenty of hot water, heating included and towles and linen. Lots of cleaning products provided. Welcoming and friendly owners. In a really peaceful location, a few miles from Middleton up a quiet lane. Plenty to see and do in the...

I can only reiterate what has already been said by other visitors. This position of this cottage is outstanding being 100 yards off the "main" road with impressive views. We had the added joy of watching lambs skip, jump and run in the adjoining meadow - the lamb gang. The cottage is spotless. Wynn welcomed us with a lovely cup...

Wonderful, peaceful location. We had a lovely warm welcome from Wyn, with a cup of tea and a lovely warm cottage, when we arrived. The cottage itself was very well equipped and very cosy. Situated close to the reservoir made the scenery beautiful. Very friendly couple, Wyn and Ian, couldnt be more helpful. Would definately go back.

We just love Brockscar! We are Australian travellers who visit the UK each year and keep returning to Brockscar Cottage. It is beautifully remote and quiet, we enjoy eating breakfast and watching the birds feeding outside the window. The cottage is immaculate and the owners very friendly. We are looking forward to returning in July 2015

We have been coming here for several years, and wish we had found it earlier, it's a real "get away from it all" hideaway. A warm welcome from hosts Wyn and Ian with a homely cuppa is the ideal start. The cottage itself is in a fantastic setting and has excellent faclities, is spotlessly clean and comfortable and is a...

We stayed at this cottage recently and I would highly recommend it to everyone. The cottage is very well equipped with everything we needed and the cleanliness is second to none. There's a great warm, and peaceful atmosphere to the cottage, suitable for couples and families alike. There's also ample parking for 2 or more cars. The cottage has an...
