I recently returned from a conference held at the Union Station Doubletree Hotel. I cannot say enough positive things, the hotel is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and offers just about every amenity you can ask for. But I really want to comment on the staff. I did not encounter one single person who was anything less than courteous and helpful. They...

This hotel is amazing, easily the most beautiful lobby I have ever seen. The light show is spectacular, highly recommend you check it out. The pool area is nice and offers a warm environment to spend time in. The location is great, close walk to many attractions. I never felt unsafe and felt as if the area is just fine....

Great location. You can take the MetroLink Light Rail from the airport right to the Union Station hotel for $4.00. Easy access to all of downtown STL too. The historic train station combined with the renovated hotel and conference facilities is a nice mix.

It's not fancy by any means but it's safe and comfortable. Don't book a room that overlooks the food court. It's going to be torn down an a giant ferris wheel installed eventually. It just seemed like it was odd where it was placed. This hotel is in a rough section of town but I didn't pick this because I...

This hotel is incredibly beautiful and interesting. The great hall was wonderfully restored and is a must see. Food and service in the restaurant are great, too. However, starting with the steps leading in, this place is difficult to navigate for people that have mobility issues, are in wheelchairs, or are in the bulk of the rooms. I had a...

Knew about the hotel from a previous trip and booked it specifically for our anniversary. Wonderful comfy updated rooms and lobby area. Bar is to die for. Light show every hour. Best sleep in a long time. Conveniently located next to metra station to take train to Busch stadium and the arch.

We stayed here one night with kids. Had a great time! The lobby is amazing! We enjoyed one of the laser light shows in the evening. The location is great. We walked to both the City Museum and Gateway Arch.

This hotel was spectacular! Right when you pull up, it takes your breath away. Looks like a castle..or perhaps a train station. The lobby and bar area is huge, very high ceilings where they display a light show once an hour in the evening (or more if you beg). Amber in the bar area was the best - keeping all...

Hotel was decent, majority of staff were pleasant. It was located close to everything, would definitely recommend. Warm cookies are a bonus , bar area is nice and easy to get to. Unfortunately St. Louis has a ton of construction going on making it hard to visit attractions.

Thank you for your recent stay and for taking the time to share your feedback. I appreciate the kind compliments regarding our staff and facilities. It is true; with Union Station beginning their renovation and the Arch Grounds receiving their transformation the pain of change in the city can be felt. Progress does require such work and the future of...

You have to see this hotel! The old union station was converted into this hotel. Awesome space for the bar/restaurant and cool light show in the grand hall. Dbl tree always offers a great breakfast and same held true here at Dbl Tree Union station. This hotel was 10 blocks from my office, but shuttle took me right to the...
