WOW! I was very impressed. the lobby is majestic - the converted Union train station. there is an hourly light show that features the magnificent carved walls. Warm chocolate chip cookies at check in, I was taken ill and spent 2 days in the room, very luxurious with a view of the river. The club breakfast buffet was very classy-...

Union Station hotel was by far the best and most charismatic hotel I have ever stayed at. The room was unreal, ask for the executive suite. The hotel lobby/bar is simply out of this world. It's a train station converted into a hotel! How cool is that! High sealing all worked old world style. At night every hour they have...

We stayed at this hotel last week for son's graduation. Let me preface by saying my husband is disabled and travel or any physical activity for him is very difficult. I selected this hotel based on close proximity to the campus to make things as easy as possible. Upon arriving at the hotel I was horrified to learn that there...

I loved the hotel. My grandfather worked as head red cap at the station in the 30s and 40s, so I stayed there for this connection. The modern bathroom and large room in the historic section were excellent. The Executive Lounge was great. The only disappointment were the closed shops.

Good location, near downtown, various sports arena. Excellent facilities, including restaurants, large fitness center, outdoor pool, lots of lounge area with decent wifi service. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Check in/ out breeze, valet parking great, housekeeping on time for large facility. Love the architecture and restored original Union Station look. Would return and recommend to all

This hotel is everything we could have wished for. On check in we were given a delicious warm chocolate chip cookie. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable with big bathrooms. St Louis is nice with plenty of nice restaurants to choose from should you not want to eat in t he hotel.

Great staff. Excellent food and service in banquet operations. Room very noisy at night due to "show" in hotel lobby/bar. Room missing several items at checkin - coffee, cups, working alarm clock. Lacked hot water for shower one morning. No towel reuse program. Spotty, not secure WIFI available.

The grand hall, which houses a beautifully-appointed restaurant/resting place, is breathtaking with its stained glass windows and gorgeous woodwork. Beyond that, it's pretty much a run-of-the-mill hotel, with no complaints and no raves. Another bonus is location: very close to light-rail from airport; walkable to ballpark and to Rooster for brunch; coffee shop is very handy and opens early; walkable...

This Double Tree is quite large and you must attend if you ever have had any interest in trains what so ever. The hotel utilizes the train theme quite well. And the fact that, that old of a building looks that good is amazing to me. The lobby is jaw dropping, very beautiful, reliving history like that was wonderful.

This is a charming cute place to stay, especially if you love trains. The hotel itself is on the right hand side of the building and the parking lot is around the corner. I think the 1 major drawback for us was finding the check hotel check in after we parked in the lot. You have to walk thru the...
