I have stayed at high end hotels such as the Waldorf-Astoria and the Ritz Carlton and I can honestly say the service my family received and the room accomodations were on par (my wife says better) with the hotels above at about 25-30% of the price. Our room was well apportioned. We had a room with a king bed, living...

I picked the hotel because I found it interesting and unique, while the reviews here were average. It's huge in a way that you can get lost easily because of the lack of visible signs and directions. However, it was a letdown. Front desk woman named, "AL..." something, wasn't helpful and accommodating. Didn't give us much information and their so...

Check in and check out issues, no towels at pool, room service never came. The facility and rook are very very nice. Just some service lacking here. Close to Metrolinks but Union Station itself is being remodeled so I am sure there will more things to do , closer by, when that is done.

Were forced to check in late because they didn't have a room ready. Almost made us late to a wedding. They said vallet needs 10 mins to get car. It took them over 30. Staff was not friendly. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

We had a fabulous romantic get-away in a Grand Hall room in the historic portion of this hotel. This hotel is worth a visit just to take in the architectural detail - it is stunning. Our room was clean and luxurious, and had a perfect blend of historic touches from the heyday of train travel and wonderfully chic modern amenities....

Absolutely the most beautiful hotel I have ever seen. Extremely professional staff, excellent service, super clean, fabulous food! Overall, a wonderful experience. The nightly light shows in the Grand Hall were mesmerizing! Convenient to local tourist destinations and sporting events. An experience that will be hard to surpass!

We had a great time for my mother in laws 70th Birthday celebration. Everyone seemed to have a great time and enjoyed the history of the Union Station Hotel. We would love come back and stay a few more days and get in some of the sites we missed.

Plain and simple no hotel stay is perfect but the hotel staff was so nice and helpful any issues I might have had they made up for it. Also the beauty of the historic train station was amazing. A must see.

Quirky hotel (former train station) but it works. Didn't feel like you were in one of those box hotels.... this hotel has some charm and personality. Very attentive and polite staff. Made my stay in St. Louis enjoyable.
