We stayed here for a concert at Scottrade Center. This hotel is in a great location. The staff is friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean. The pool area was a nice bonus. I will definitely stay here again.

We were staying here for a few days after our wedding ceremony before our honeymoon. My (now) husband called from Scotland before the ceremony to try to arrange leaving luggage or checking in early before our ceremony and they wouldn't let him. (So we had to run and errand between the ceremony and reception!) They were happy however for several...

It was an awe inspiring piece of history. In an age of industrialization we demolish our history for modernization, this place in braces the past for next generations. If only the walls could talk, but wait they do here in the "whispering corners" just inside the main entrance before going up each of the grand stair cases. The room we...

Hotel was great and rich in history. Loved the design and the staff was friendly. Walls were thin, but wouldn't have been a problem had the next door neighbors not had their children bouncing off of the walls at midnight.

Nice place to stay and for a conference. It was under construction in some areas. Beautiful structure, especially in the lounge/lobby. I would bring my family there and recommend for others to stay. Staff was helpful and let me have a late checkout since my flight was at 7 pm. Some of the best conference meals I've had.

Will not recommend to anyone, staff was unfriendly and disrespectful, employees recommend coupons to certain people. I was not told that my stay included meals in certain locations. I spent unnecessary money.

I expected better from this hotel being a Hilton chain. Buy I was disappointed due to lack of good room service. First, I booked for 4 people and they provided 3 bath towels, 1 set of tiny personal hygiene (shampoo, soap, etc.). 2nd, nobody checked our room for the whole day were exploring the city. When we came back in...
