We booked this on a whim off of Hotwire and it was a fantastic stay. The room was clean and comfortable. It was a long walk to get from the front desk to our room, though. So, for people who need assistance, ask for a room close to the front desk. The bar/lounge area is amazing. It's an old train...

The wife and I went and it was awesome. Rooms are great, bar area super cool and staff is friendly and attentive. We have a total of 3 nights and I have to say it was up in my top ten places I have stayed just for the perfection of how they take care of you. I have received better...

I expect more from a doubletree stay. The staff are very friendly and rooms clean and comfortable. Management needs to be more responsive, hot humid days people want to swim and cool down. Families don't want to find out the pool is closed because it might rain later in the day while the sun shines now.

The structure is beautiful and the Grand Hall lives up to its name. However, the proposed renovations are badly needed. The service also left something to be desired. The breakfast was good and the restaurant elegant. It would be worth staying at in the future.

This property has been updated and improved since it was a Hyatt. Very good food, although servers at group dinner were sub par. Front desk staff nice. Fitness room location a bit of a winding trek, but open 24 hours. Meeting rooms ..some very tight...reception areas outside meeting rooms get noisy during other groups breaks.

From the moment you see the hotel it is impossible not to be amazed at the old station building, the actual lobby of the hotel itself is really beautiful, especially the ceiling. The rooms were spacious and internet access was great. There is also parking available nearby (in the back of the hotel) and there is some construction going around...

Amazing hotel...great atmosphere, tasty cosmopolitans, relaxing grand hall with light shows every night, perfect location. Easy to get to from the train station...close to the Arch and Busch Stadium and the Mississippi and fabulous restaurants!

10 minute walk from the Union Station Metrolink – with luggage, 5 minute walk without luggage. Both reception and check out with Natasha was a wonderful experience. She worked with me on selecting my room. This is the 3rd train station conversion I've been to. The has been beautifully renovated – grand arches, stained glass, elegant bar. The guest rooms...

This hotel is an old train station and is the most unique Doubletree I have stayed in. The lobby is amazing and you can still picture what this place looked like many years ago as a bustling train station. The building is old and so it does show some maintenance challenges although they've renovated and seem to be making efforts...
